People Operations Advisor

Location: Hybrid working between the Aldgate, London office and home/ Remote based.

A great opportunity has arisen for a People Operations Advisor to join our People Team. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional people experience by ensuring our people systems, processes, data and operations are efficient, responsive and customer focused.

Asthma + Lung UK is the only charity in the UK fighting for everyone with a lung condition, aiming for a world where everyone can breathe with healthy lungs. We fund cutting-edge research, provide advice and support for the 12 million people who will get a lung condition during their lifetime. We also campaign for clean air and for better NHS diagnosis and treatment.

You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our HR systems and data, overseeing payroll processes, producing people analytics and reports, developing key People Team communications and identifying opportunities to improve processes through digitisation, automation and AI. You will also act as a key point of contact for People Operations queries and support a range of HR projects across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience working in a People Operations or HR Operations environment, with excellent knowledge of HR systems, payroll administration, people data management and process improvement. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with data and multiple stakeholders.

You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a strong continuous improvement mindset and the ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You will enjoy collaborating with colleagues and finding innovative ways to improve how services are delivered.
