Main purpose of post
This is a senior and strategic role in our fundraising team. You will be
responsible for leading the development and delivery of our Individual Giving
strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in income from individual donors. You
will oversee the retention and stewardship of existing supporters and
implement creative, data-led campaigns to attract new donors across multiple
channels. You will line manage the Legacy and In Memory Manager, supporting
their growth and the success of these high-value income streams.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development and Planning
 Lead the development and execution of a multi-year Individual Giving
strategy.
 Develop and deliver an annual work plan to achieve agreed income
targets.
 Use data insights and donor segmentation to shape compelling and
effective campaigns.

Campaign Management
 Plan, manage, and evaluate a portfolio of Individual Giving campaigns
including:
o Regular giving
o Payroll giving
o Charity lottery
o Online and offline donor acquisition
 Test and implement new fundraising approaches to increase donor
conversion and value.
 Ensure all communications reflect the charity’s tone, values, and brand.

Donor Retention and Stewardship
 Design and implement supporter journeys that deepen donor
engagement and loyalty.
 Work with our Marketing Manager to oversee donor communications to
specific audience groups and stewardship activity, ensuring a positive
supporter experience.
 Monitor donor behaviour and lifetime value to inform stewardship and
upgrade strategies.

Legacy and In Memory Giving
 Provide strategic oversight of legacy and in-memory income streams.
 Line manage and support the Legacy and In Memory Manager to deliver
agreed targets and KPIs.
 Support the development of a legacy marketing plan to grow our legacy
pipeline.
 Support development of relationships with legacy pledgers and inmemory
donors

Budgeting and Performance
 Manage income and expenditure budgets for Individual Giving.
 Track and analyse campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets.
 Maximise all gift aid opportunities within the agreed audiences.
 Report regularly to the Head of Fundraising on performance,
opportunities, and risks.

Cross-Team Collaboration
 Work with Communications, Digital, and Data colleagues to ensure
campaigns are well-coordinated, data-driven, and creatively delivered.
 Champion best practice in data protection and ethical fundraising.
 Stay informed on sector trends, regulations, and innovations in individual
giving.
 Ensure that all activities and contacts are managed through the charity’s
CRM (Raiser’s Edge)

The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in the planning, development and implementation of brand activity across the charity. The role is key to driving growth across brand, fundraising and engagement.

Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and the wider Brand department, this role will put the Alzheimer’s Research UK brand at the heart of everything we do, business partnering across the organisation to embed the brand internally, maximise opportunities to amplify the brand, and drive brand consistency.

The Brand Manager will liaise across the whole organisation, working particularly closely with key contacts across Marketing and Fundraising, Communications and Policy.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

· Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to develop and deliver the organisation-wide brand strategy, driving engagement across the charity.

· Deliver brand campaign activity to ensure that campaigns are delivered efficiently and have maximum impact.

· Act as an internal brand consultant across the organisation, collaborating with teams to amplify the brand and maximise brand opportunities.

· Lead brand input into integrated campaign moments across the charity, ensuring consistent look and feel and aligned messaging.

· Line manage a Brand Officer and support them in their development.

· Inspire and engage colleagues internally, delivering internal communications to ensure that the brand is alive, understood and actively developed.

· Drive forward planning to ensure that plans are co-ordinated, regularly reviewed, and the brand is measured effectively.

· Be a day-to-day contact for external agencies and freelancers where relevant.

· Work with the Insight team to evaluate the impact of brand campaign activity.

What we are looking for:

· Experience of leading multi-channel brand or marketing communications campaigns with a good knowledge of the full marketing mix.

· Proven experience in project planning, management and delivery for marketing campaigns.

· Experience of working with external creative agencies and freelancers.

· Strong line management experience.

· Experience of developing creative and applying a master brand to products, content and communications.

· Strong experience of developing key messaging for individual products and campaigns.

· Experience of measuring and reporting on brand health and campaign performance.

· The ability to work at pace, delivering multiple complex projects to meet specified deadlines.

· Outstanding leadership and coordination skills.

· Clear and concise communications skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to cut through complexity.

· Ability to influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders at all levels and get buy-in to new ideas.

· Understanding of the range of media channels and platforms used for brand marketing.

Additional Information:

Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Main purpose of post
This is a senior role within the Fundraising team, responsible for driving forward
Weston Park Cancer Charity’s income generation strategy across key fundraising
channels, particularly within community fundraising, donor development, and
community partnerships. Working with the Head of Fundraising and community
fundraising team, you will lead the design and delivery of an ambitious and
creative community fundraising programme.
You will be responsible for managing a small, dedicated team of three, ensuring
high performance, innovation, and supporter-focused approaches that help us
grow our impact across the region.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, ensuring that we
meet community income generation plans to achieve and exceed annual targets
currently c. £800k per annum.

Key Responsibilities
Fundraising:
 Lead and deliver an ambitious and creative community fundraising
programme, identifying new opportunities to engage individuals, groups,
schools, faith groups, sports clubs, volunteer fundraisers, and community
organisations.
 Maintain, develop and deliver a calendar of high-impact community
campaigns such as Time for Tea, that inspire participation, raise awareness of
the charity’s work, and generate sustainable income.
 Use insights and audience data to create tailored supporter journeys that
build long-term relationships, encourage repeat fundraising, and deepen
engagement.
 Harness audience data and insight to expand our fundraising reach,
increasing income in underserved areas of the region.
 Represent the charity at community events, delivering public talks,
stewarding key supporters, and raising awareness of WPCC’s work across
our region.
 Oversee the delivery of income and engagement targets, measuring impact,
evaluating outcomes, and embedding continuous improvement across all
community fundraising activity

Monitoring & Reporting
 Manage community fundraising income and expenditure budgets, ensuring
strong ROI and cost-effectiveness.
 Produce regular reports for senior leadership on performance, trends, and
forecasts.
 Ensure data is accurately recorded, monitored, and used to inform decisionmaking.

Team Management and Development
 Line manage and inspire team members.

 Provide support and guidance to the wider community and fundraising
team where appropriate.
 Set clear objectives, monitor performance and provide coaching and
development support.

Main purpose of post
To provide high-level, confidential administrative and strategic support to the
CEO and Deputy CEO, enabling them to focus on leadership priorities by
managing their schedule, communications, and key relationships—while also
supporting governance functions and ensuring smooth coordination with the
Board of Trustees and senior leadership team.
Co-ordinate and service all Board of Trustee meetings and committees to ensure
the charity is effectively governed. You will provide support to the Trustees as
required.

Support the Senior Leadership Team by co-ordinating and servicing meetings,

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:
 Provide proactive administrative and strategic support to the CEO and
Deputy CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and

preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
 Coordinate travel, event attendance, and speaking engagements for the
CEO and Deputy CEO.

Board & Governance Support:

 Maintain governance calendars, ensuring alignment with charity
reporting requirements and deadlines.
 Support the CEO and Head of Governance & Operations in ensuring

Commission, Companies House).
 Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and Trustees, and
support Board induction, development and off boarding processes.
 Maintain accurate records and filing systems for confidential and
governance documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement:
 Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO in a
professional and timely manner.
 Support the planning and execution of high-profile meetings and events
involving funders, partners, and supporters.

Office and Project Support:
 Assist in the delivery and tracking of cross-organisational projects led by
the CEO.
 Coordinate Leadership meetings including preparing agendas, papers
and monitoring progress against the annual plan
 Coordinate the reporting from strategic working groups to monitor
progresses against objectives
 Coordinate and prepare assurance documents including the Risk

Job Title: Children and Family Worker

Location: Based on site in West London (This location is hidden due to the sensitive nature of the service) Unfortunately this service does not have step free access.

Salary: £27,007.50

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota Monday to Friday between 07:30 - 15:30, 09:00 - 17:00 and 11:30 - 19:30 with occasional Saturdays, at least one Saturday every 3 months between 09:00 - 17:00. 

About the role

Are you passionate about providing safe and stable accommodation to women and children escaping domestic abuse? Wanting to help make a difference and provide specialist support to them to gain greater independence? This might be the role for you.

As a Children and Family worker, you will be based within our Women's Refuge service, supporting women and children up to the age of 15 who have escaped domestic abuse. You will deliver trauma-informed, child and family centred support to promote safety and wellbeing, working collaboratively with mothers to strengthen the parent-child relationship during a time of crisis. You will support with both emotional and practical day-to-day support. This is typically done through key work sessions, risk assessments, and empowerment focused activities. 

You will play a vital role in supporting families, being the sole specialist within the service, which gives you autonomy to shape the role based on your expertise and experience. You will lead on child-focused support, as well as working part of the wider team to provide the support to mothers. You will deliver a range of support for children and young people, as well as family and parenting support. 

About you

We are looking for someone who has a real passion to support families and children who have experienced domestic abuse. You will have a trauma-informed understanding of domestic abuse and the impact it has on families, and will be able to engage in sensitive conversations, recognising signs on trauma, and being proactive to support families to overcome this. This is a hands-on, active role, ideal for someone who is creative, energetic, and passionate about working directly with families. You will be a team player, able to collaborate and provide support to colleagues as needed. 

• A background in working with adults and children, particularly from trauma affected backgrounds
• Experience in supporting mothers in helping children transition to new schools

Our Campaigns and Communications Manager will play a key role in identifying strategic opportunities to make change through empowering and engaging our clients and local network, building and communicating a strong case for change. Main purpose of post
As Digital Marketing and Social Media Officer, you will play a vital role in
growing the online presence of Weston Park Cancer Charity and deepening
engagement with supporters, clients, and the wider public, ensuring our

You’ll have prime responsibility for managing our social media channels,
supporting the rest of our Marketing team to create digital content and
campaigns that raise awareness, promote fundraising, and share the stories of

This role will:
• Support the develop of and implement social media strategies to
increase engagement, reach and donations.

• Manage the digital marketing content calendar and coordinate content

 You will develop a new approach for managing and fundraising from small trusts and have the opportunity to learn and grow through working with the AD for Development on larger opportunities.

The must haves.....

• Fundraising Success: At least three years’ experience operating in a Trusts and Foundations role (or relevant transferable skills) and a track record of personally securing and stewarding five figure gifts
• Proposition development: Creative in outlook and with experience of developing donor-centric proposals and reports
• Portfolio management: Knowledgeable in developing and managing a portfolio, and key prospect management tools and systems
• Data management: Experienced CRM user and with working knowledge of Data Protection Laws

We’re looking for a dynamic and imaginative communications professional to help raise the profile of Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity, drive engagement and expand our reach and influence. You’ll share the extraordinary impact of our Roald Dahl Nurses, capturing and telling powerful stories of seriously ill children and their families in ways that inspire, engage, and drive action.

From securing local and national media coverage to building authentic relationships with celebrity supporters, you’ll use your creativity and energy to keep our profile high and our mission front and centre.

The PR and Communications Manager will explore innovative methods to promote the brand and its activities to the right audiences through targeted campaigns, significantly contributing to the fundraising efforts of the organisation. You will be working as part of a collaborative and supportive Fundraising and Communications Team, working closely with the Brand and Marketing Manager and Director of Fundraising and Communications.

Responsibilities to Include:

PR & Media

· Enhance the charity’s profile among targeted audiences through strategic PR activities and diverse media channels, both B2C and B2B.

· Proactively cultivate, build and maintain relationships with media partners at local, regional, and national levels in both trade and consumer media, including print, online, and broadcast platforms, as well as with individual journalists.

· Write compelling and clear press releases, blogs, articles, and statements to effectively communicate our messages.

· Respond promptly to press enquiries for comments, views, and supporting information, and maximise opportunities for further engagement on relevant topics.

· Support the fundraising team by highlighting partner stories, managing PR efforts, and supporting events.

· Lead the pursuit of media-related funding opportunities, such as The Times and Sunday Times Christmas Appeal and corporate opportunities like BGC and ICAP days.

· Manage nominations for relevant awards to gain recognition and support for the charity.

· Pursue and implement strategic media partnerships to enhance visibility and outreach.

· Work with the Chief Executive to liaise with Her Majesty, The Queen’s press office when applicable, particularly on key events

Content Creation & Storytelling

· Gather and write compelling stories to share our impact with funders, supporters and media through interviews our families, ensuring brand compliance and accessibility.

· Ensure consent is obtained and materials are stored securely in line with GDPR and privacy policy.

Celebrity and Talent Management

· Strategically manage our ambassador programme, keeping our mission prominent and visible, including securing new patrons and ambassadors

· Build authentic relationships with a network of celebrities and influencers to champion our cause.

· Create memorable moments and engaging content with famous supporters that resonate with audiences.

· Ensure our values and vision are highlighted in every celebrity collaboration.

Communications

· Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Communications plan that aligns with our mission and goals and marketing and brand work, maximising the impact of planned activities

· Ensure our story is told in the most compelling way by collaborating with our Programmes team, Roald Dahl Nurses, and their patients and families to create evidence-based, impactful case stories, imagery, videos, and films.

· Create and deliver both long-term and annual communications strategies, addressing local, regional, and national activities.

· Handle crisis communications professionally and efficiently, maintaining the charity’s reputation.

· Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners (including funders) to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels.

· Track and evaluate the effectiveness of communications activities and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

· Work with Director of Fundraising and Communications and Brand and Marketing manager to lead the creation, development, and implementation of impactful awareness and fundraising campaigns that amplify our messages, expand our reach, drive growth, and maximise income generation

· Forge partnerships with key stakeholders, including media, to extend the reach of our campaigns.

· Develop and manage effective relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including supporters and trustees, media, other charities, companies, and healthcare professionals.

Teamwork & Administration

· Analyse communications quarterly, preparing information for the trustee sub-committees with up-to-date coverage examples to share with the team and Board.

· Monitor and share relevant charity and media with the wider team and Trustees

· Keep shared drive and CRM (Beacon) records up to date.

· Participate in team meetings across fundraising, programmes, and communications.
