Health & Wellbeing Coach

At Bexley Voluntary Services Council (BVSC), we're passionate about strengthening our local voluntary and community sector to make a real difference in people's lives.

As part of a project to support Bexley residents living with multiple long-term health conditions, we're looking for a compassionate and proactive Health & Wellbeing Coach to join our team.

Using a person-centred, coaching approach, you'll support residents over 4–6 sessions, meeting them in local spaces like GP surgeries, libraries, and community centres. You'll help people navigate services, overcome barriers and move towards greater independence and better health.

You'll be part of a supportive, proactive team working across sectors to create practical, community-led solutions. We provide regular supervision, peer support sessions, and opportunities for professional development in health coaching and community engagement.
