Job description
We are looking for an ambitious and strategic individual to lead and grow our Bexley Buddies pilot — a new volunteer-led initiative working alongside GP practices and NHS partners. The aim is to reduce pressure on NHS services by supporting patients’ non-medical needs and tackling health inequalities through tailored volunteer support and community-based interventions.
If you’re experienced in partnership-building and programme design, and ready to shape a sustainable, impactful initiative, we’d love to hear from you.
Based at Engine House, Erith, with some travel across Bexley.
