As our Programmes Officer, you will play a key role in supporting grant partners, community engagement activities and effective grant and event administration. Working closely with colleagues, partners and local communities, you will help ensure our programmes are delivered through strong relationships, accurate records and high-quality administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for the grants administration of 40 Regional Programme partners and grants made in Portsmouth, including ensuring due diligence across governance, finance and safeguarding.
- Providing a first point of contact for Regional Programme and local grant partners.
- Managing grant partnerships, ensuring due diligence is met across governance, finance and safeguarding.
- Supporting local grants, events and community engagement activities in Portsmouth.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with partners, community stakeholders and voluntary sector organisations.
- Maintaining the grants database with accurate and up to date information.
