Appointment of Chief Executive

Bowel Research UK  

Salary:                    £90,000 + benefits

Place of Work:      London (The Royal College of Surgeons, Lincoln’s Inns Fields WC2A 3PE) & Hybrid

We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

·         A broad range of skills, including the precision associated with managing a team to deliver a vital launch pad for the next generation of researchers committed to discovering new treatments and cures for bowel cancer and bowel diseases 

·         You will be an experienced professional who can show a successful track record of leadership, collaboration and reputation management with these skills and experience: 

·         Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence, and strong yet sensitive personality to engage with the many internal and external stakeholders

·         Experience of developing strategies and management practices to achieve organisational objectives.

·         Motivational management style and the ability to work with expert professionals.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·         Consultative, consensus-building approach and abilities.

·         A high level of initiative and drive.

·         Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure

·         Financially astute

·         Knowledge and experience of using IT to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

·         Commitment to the aims and vision of BRUK
