Senior Donor Stewardship Officer

Location: Hybrid working - Part London (E14) office-based and part home working. The post holder will work a minimum of one day a week in the office. 

Salary: £36,100 per annum 

Hours:35 hours per week

We are looking for a passionate, highly organised and relationship-focused Senior Donor Stewardship Officer to join our growing Philanthropy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional donor experiences and wants to build a career in major donor fundraising. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional donor stewardship and helping to develop a pipeline of future major donors in support of Breakthrough T1D's mission to cure, treat and prevent T1D. 

Experience required 

You’ll have previous experience of: 

• Donor stewardship, supporter care, events or fundraising administration. 

• Donor or customer relationship or account management. 

• Coordinating events, from planning through to on-the-day delivery. 

• Maintaining accurate records on a CRM system.  

• Working with fundraising regulation, Gift Aid, data compliance and ethical fundraising principles.  

• Applying GDPR with an understanding of data protection and due diligence in a fundraising context.
