Visitor Experience Manager

Bristol Cathedral is looking for a full time Visitor Experience Manager who’ll be responsible for managing our team of Visitor Experience Assistants as well as leading our volunteer Guides and Welcome Hosts. You’ll play an important part in a team that is Brave, Creative, Generous and Open, like the values of the Cathedral itself; you’ll be imaginative, enjoy working with people and find reward in supporting a team to deliver excellence.

The role is full time, and you will need to be able to work flexibly to support a seven day a week visitor operation.  We will consider applications from people who would wish to job share this role.
