Job description

We’re looking for an organised and friendly Training Administrator to join our small, busy Training team.

 

You’ll play an important role in helping our training programmes run smoothly. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy administration, like working with people, and take pride in keeping things well organised.

 

About the role

 

You’ll work closely with other Training Administrators, Course Leaders, and tutors to support the coordination and delivery of our training courses.

 

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident managing several tasks at once
  • Happy working both independently and as part of a team

 

Location

Hybrid working - 2 days per week in our office in Bracknell. The rest of the week working from home (UK‑based).

 

What you’ll be doing

 

Some of the responsibilities will include:

 

  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the Training team
  • Responding to training enquiries by email or phone
  • Managing Training team email inboxes
  • Processing course bookings and applications
  • Supporting learners using Google Classroom and Coassemble
  • Keeping records up to date on the CRM and other systems
  • Processing payments and checking invoices
  • Preparing and collating training materials

 

What we’re looking for

 

Essential

 

  • Experience in an administrative role (training or courses is a bonus, but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping skills
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Clear and friendly communication skills
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

 

Desirable (but not essential)

 

  • Experience or understanding of dyslexia
  • Familiarity with Google Classroom and/or Coassemble
