Job description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Fulfilment Advisor to become a part of our dynamic Customer Support team. If you’re passionate about making a difference and have a knack for organisation and communication, we want you!

About the Role:

As a Customer Fulfilment Advisor, you’ll be the backbone of our customer service operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Efficiently handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Distributing materials to support our fundraising efforts.
  • Managing stock levels to ensure we’re always ready to meet our supporters’ needs.
  • Adhering to cash handling, GDPR, and PCI compliance procedures.
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of customer service activities, systems, and processes.

Working Arrangements

This is a six-month fixed term contract, covering an internal secondment.

This role is full-time, office-based position located at our Birmingham office (B37 7YE).

About You:

  • You have prior administration experience and are proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • You’re familiar with cash handling, GDPR, and PCI compliance.
  • Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to sensitively interact with our supporters and customers.
  • You possess an eagle eye for detail, ensuring all our acknowledgement letters are perfect before dispatch.
  • You’re target-driven, proactive, and can manage your workload independently.
  • Your time management skills are impeccable, and you can adapt to the fast-paced nature of our work environment.

This role is crucial to maintaining the high standards of service provided by our wider Customer Service Team.
