This is a newly created and pivotal role that will lead our approach to income generation and strategic growth. As Senior Business & Partnerships Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, particularly in corporate partnerships, trust fundraising, and strategic collaborations, while also shaping how we position and promote our offer.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and senior management team to drive forward our mission and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across sectors.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a strategic and proactive senior leader with a proven track record in income generation and business development, ideally within the charity, education, or corporate responsibility sectors. This role requires a collaborative and entrepreneurial self-starter who can effectively manage and grow our existing network of funders, while also contributing to the development of our evolving business model.
You’ll bring:
- Significant experience in securing income from corporate partnerships and/or trusts and foundations
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly understand social impact areas and align them with funder priorities

This is a hybrid role with some days each week at our London office ongoingly. Candidates should be based within a reasonable commute to London and have the existing right to work in the UK.

About The Role

The role
We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join our friendly team. As Research Manager of Patient Programmes, you'll have a crucial role in advancing our mission. A central focus of this role is to develop and lead patient-centred educational programs, webinars, and content that ensure patients are well-informed, actively engaged, and empowered throughout their journey. You will also play a key role in strengthening the Foundation’s connection with patients and advocacy groups, ensuring their voices are meaningfully reflected in our research agenda and broader mission. A critical and growing area of work for the Foundation is the systematic gathering and use of patient insights and data. This role will help shape and deliver that work, ensuring that lived experience informs everything we do, from research to support initiatives.

We are looking for a confident, compassionate and organised practitioner to deliver focused family support with a strong focus on early learning. This role combines practical support for families with children and delivery of child development interventions such as Making it REAL and Big Hopes Big Futures. You will also help build volunteer capacity, from supporting volunteers with resource bags to contributing to outreach, engagement and group work, depending on your experience.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Direct Support to Families
- Hold a small caseload of families with children delivering up to 2 hours of support per week on a short-term basis.
- Conduct home and community visits to support early childhood development, build resilience and improve family wellbeing.
- Work in a strength based and relationship building way, helping parents recognise and build on what they are already doing well.
- Deliver structured early learning interventions including Making it REAL and Big Hopes Big Futures.
- Support families to develop a rich and positive home learning environment.
Volunteer Development.
- Act as the first point of contact for child development resources, ensuring they are maintained and distributed to volunteers when needed.
- Offer shadowing opportunities and depending on your experience, support small group learning or supervision. Help to provide ongoing guidance and encouragement to help volunteers build confidence and skills.
Planning, Events & Outreach
- Work with the Lead Family Support Coordinators to deliver early learning events and community-based outreach.
- Help raise awareness of Home-Start Southwark services through local outreach and networking to increase referrals of families and volunteer recruitment.
- Develop good working relationships with a range of referrers and other professionals including health, education and social care.
Monitoring, Recording & Partnership Working
- Carry out initial assessments, reviews and end visits with families.
- Liaise with referrers and other professionals.
- Make referrals to other organisations.
- Record all work accurately and in a timely manner using the CharityLog (our internal system for which training will be provided).
- Contribute to impact reporting by preparing case studies and success stories.
- Attend and actively contribute to team meetings, training and supervision.
- Follow safeguarding policies and escalate concerns following our procedures.
- Promote a safe, fair and inclusive environment for all families, volunteers and colleagues.
General
- Help with occasional community outreach outside core hours when required.
- Support the wider Family Support Team as needed.

About the Dreamers
The Dreamers is a co-produced project that aims to improve the mental health of young (16-25-year-old) refugees and asylum seekers. The project is delivered through a partnership between Oasis, TGP Cymru and Cardiff and Vale Health Inclusion Service (CAVHIS) along with the young people who are seeking sanctuary or have received refugee status in the UK. The partnership project is hosted by Oasis and funded by the National Lottery.

Main Duties
- Engage with young people to involve them in the project

About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Officer with paid advertising and organic social media experience to join our Digital team.
As Digital Marketing Officer, you’ll be responsible for creating email marketing campaigns, running paid advertising activity and creating content across organic social channels to help teams across the organisation hit their objectives. You’ll be joining our friendly and expert Digital Engagement Team.
You’ll have previous experience managing email and paid marketing campaigns, creating content for social channels and using digital platforms including Meta Business Manager, Email Service Providers and GA4.

- Deliver end-to-end email campaigns including briefing, copywriting, creation in Dotdigital, send and evaluation
Paid responsibilities
- Deliver paid digital marketing campaigns in-house including running virtual challenge ads in Meta – working with the Product Lead to design the campaign plan, draft the copy, build in-platform, optimise and evaluate
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns run by our digital media agency, ensuring they have clear briefs, assets are provided on-time and campaigns are delivered to plan
General Digital Marketing responsibilities
- Be part of the team’s social media monitoring rota and moderate our social channels - ensuring comments are appropriately handled in line with the social media policy
- Create and schedule content across organic social channels to support key campaigns
