This role oversees delivery of the Trusts and Foundations strategy, including researching and identifying suitable prospects, writing funding applications, and account managing existing Trusts and Foundation supporters. Working with and reporting into the Head of Corporate, Trusts and Events, the post holder will be responsible for working across the organisation to ensure that the most accurate and relevant data is being presented in applications to ensure positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in Trusts & Foundations fundraising at a charity, cultural institution or similar organisation, with a proven track record of securing 5 and 6-figure valued grants in support of an organisation’s key priorities and strategic objectives. Prospect Research Officer
Our client is an astounding group of professionals who believe that people’s sight matters. The prospect research officer will develop and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline in order to provide the philanthropy team with an appropriate number and quality of qualified prospects across individuals, corporate, and trusts and foundations. The officer will produce insightful background research on current and prospective donors using financial, biographical, corporate and philanthropic information from trusted sources and compliance with GPDR and data protection laws. Reporting to the prospect research manager, they will regularly review the prospect research strategy in response to changing internal requirements.

The selected candidate will have experience with and understanding of the principles of philanthropy, fundraising practices, donor motivations and wealth indicators and will have experience of conducting structure background research on HNWIs, company Directors, and/or family Trust and Foundation Boards. This person will also have experience of producing accurate overview research on donors and prospects and will have the ability to help manage systems to support prospect pipeline management.

About the Role

Maritime Court provides supported housing and is delivered in partnership with Karbon Homes (Landlord) and Depaul (Support Providers).  The project forms part of the North Tyneside Pathway and it is designed to support clients (16-24 year olds) who are at risk of homelessness within North Tyneside. The service users are supported to take more and more responsibility for their affairs and assess the most appropriate move-on housing for them.

As Young People Support Worker you will work under the direction, guidance and support of a Service Manager and an Assistant Area Director, you will be responsible for a caseload of clients as well as share responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers and staff in the service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all clients, following safeguarding and emergency procedures as needed.
• Act as key worker for a caseload of clients, leading on risk and needs assessments and SMART, outcomes-based support plans.
• Provide personalised, flexible, and creative support, involving clients in decision-making and encouraging participation in activities.
• Collaborate with external agencies to support clients, adhering to data protection and information sharing protocols.
• Support clients to access Education, Training, Employment, and Volunteering opportunities aligned with their goals and aspirations.

The prospect research manager will be responsible for defining, articulating, implementing and delivering the prospect research strategy. Role Purpose

You will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with hyperlocal, local, and national businesses, stewarding the organisations to become Mustard Tree’s partners, and for us to be their ‘Charity of the Year’, donating to and fundraising for the charity.

You will manage an existing caseload of these valued partners, with the opportunity to proactively create new relationships and partnerships, contacting through multiple channels, creating content, and hosting, touring, and presenting to businesses.

In addition to corporate partnerships, you will manage the recruitment and stewardship of Mustard Tree’s events fundraisers, being responsible for the administration, making sure all places are filled, planning the events, and helping all participants hit their fundraising targets.

Main Duties

Corporate Partnership

• Steward a cohort of existing Corporate Partners through email updates, calls, social media activity and booking monthly check-ins, as well as sharing infographics, case studies, events information, and newsletters when useful.
• Proactively build new relationships, ultimately securing new donors, partners, and ‘Charity of the Year’ organisations. Make it clear and easy for donors to understand what we do, how they can help, and the impact they will have.
• Host, tour, or present at a minimum of four organisations per week.
• Manage inquiries, emails, and queries relating to partnerships, corporate donations, volunteering, and events, ensuring timely responses.
• Manage the partnership inbox and work with the Fundraising team on our corporate bookings calendar.
• Work with the Fundraising and Volunteer Coordinator to plan and book Social Value Days for partners and prospective partners.
• Collaborate with the Fundraising and Communications team to develop and publish copy, advertisements, social media content, and create WordPress pages relevant to Corporate Partnership and Events.
• Host Corporate Partners for their volunteering inductions and debriefs and follow up with a thank-you email the same week.
• Manage data entry and administration surrounding partnerships, including communication, contacts, setting targets, and funds raised, through software and our CRM, for example.
• Work with the Fundraising Manager to assign new and existing partners
• Provide weekly updates on targets and expected income, and work to provide accurate forecasting.

Events Fundraising

• Manage our existing events portfolio of The Great Manchester Run, Tough Mudder, Trafford Abseil, October Half Marathon, being responsible for their success.
• Investigate and develop new events to complement our 12-month calendar.
• Empower organisations to plan independent fundraising events and create a fundraising toolkit to support this.
• Support the running of our October Fundraising Dinner
• Work with the Fundraising Manager to project events income and build a 12-month fundraising pipeline.

General Duties

• Supporting the Fundraising Team et al, including administration, cover, and events attendance when required.
• Support the Fundraising & Finance Teams with data entry, CRM updates, and the creation of KPI data when required.

About The Role

Are you a qualified Environment and Health and Safety professional looking for an exciting new contract position?  

We have a newly created opportunity for a Environment, Safety and Sustainability (ESS) Adviser to join our fantastic Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) team at RBL on a 12 month contract basis.

Working across all corners of the organisation, this role will be an integral part of the SHEQ team which will see you responsible for supporting the implementation and compliance of the environmental management system, health and safety compliance and sustainability across the RBL Group and partner charities.

Promoting a positive environmental safety culture, you will work with colleagues to ensure that they have an environmentally aware workplace, compliant with legislative requirements while working to reduce the environmental impact of our work. You will also work to ensure that we all have a safe workplace with safe working procedures.

About the Role

The Oldham A Bed for Every Night (ABEN) project is a temporary supported accommodation project whose key focus is providing stability and building independence skills to enable adults who have been rough sleeping, to move on to long term accommodation options. Clients are adult homeless people aged over 18 with a range of support needs in Oldham. The Service provides 24-hour support to adult who have been rough sleeping.

As an Accommodation Support Worker you will play a vital role in supporting adults (aged 18+) as they move from emergency accommodation into their own homes. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will lead on support planning, risk assessments, and the day-to-day engagement of your caseload of clients.

You will be responsible for helping clients achieve personal goals, supporting access to education, employment, or volunteering opportunities, and ensuring their accommodation remains a safe and supportive environment. You will also contribute to group activities and promote client involvement in service development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting clients through tailored support plans, risk and needs assessments

We are recruiting for a Peer Support Lead:

The Hepatitis C Trust has developed projects nationally whereby peers use their lived experience of injecting drug use and hepatitis C, to provide education and training to increase awareness of hepatitis C, reduce stigma, and promote access to testing and treatment for people living with hepatitis C.

Do you have experience of working in drug services and with volunteers? Have you been affected by hepatitis C, or have you supported anyone who has hepatitis C? We are looking for a passionate and skilled peer lead who has excellent communication and organisational skills. We require a good standard of education and welcome creativity and innovation in all our work.

Alongside a growing team, these posts will continue the development and delivery of the Hepatitis C peer project, recruiting and supporting volunteer peers across the North East Somerset area. Working in partnership with hepatitis C clinical teams, drug and alcohol services and homeless service providers, the post will coordinate delivery of educational workshops, hepatitis C testing in community settings, ensure that service users are referred and supported through hepatitis C treatment and care.

These posts will require extensive travel across the region and it’s desirable the postholders have a clean driving licence and have their own vehicle for work related travel.
