We are looking for someone to join us in strengthening relationships with our broad base of local Christian partner organisations carrying out Gospel inspired work in the region. Who can bring experience of managing, monitoring and evaluation of locally-owned programmes, to support the development of high-impact projects. Has an understanding and awareness of the context, dynamics, and challenges of working in the Middle East. Alongside the skills and ability to identify compelling messages from partnership communications to gain support, through prayer, donations and support for our advocacy work.
Suitable candidates will be:
- Educated to degree level equivalent.
- Highly collaborative, team player prepared to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
- Inspired by the witness of Christians in the Middle East and passionate about changing the lives of people living in grinding poverty, injustice, disability, trauma and displacement caused by conflict, and other challenges.
- Willing to carry out overseas travel to the region 3-4 times a year.

- Advanced or intermediate Arabic would be advantageous.

The MEAM coalition has worked for fifteen years across more than 50 local areas in England, supporting local partnerships to tackle the structural and systemic issues that cause and sustain multiple disadvantage. We run the national MEAM Approach network, supported Fulfilling Lives from 2014-2022 and hold the current support contract for the Government and The National Lottery Community Fund’s Changing Futures programme. Our position enables us to bring learning together from these programmes to understand what drives change and allows people to make improvements in their lives.
This new role will be responsible for leading the implementation of our new network membership structure, and ensuring members are supported to actively participate in the MEAM Approach network. As the Membership Manager, you will build relationships with our network members, oversee communications to the network, manage our online community platform, and identify ways in which we can further support network members through commercial opportunities. You will combine your deep knowledge of multiple disadvantage with a curious and collaborative approach to your work, demonstrating a genuine interest in developing and contributing to the growing knowledge and experience in systems thinking and systems leadership across the team. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join Gloucester Cathedral as it enters a key period of development. We’re recruiting for a new Product Manager to support the 12 million people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. We are on an exciting journey at RNID as we introduce and embed product & delivery approaches and you will have the drive to help us along that path.
You will play a critical role in the next phase of our website product, developing and owning the roadmap and delivering positive impact for all our audiences. This includes user experience, conversion rate optimisation, technical integrations to internal/external systems and usability & accessibility.
You’ll work with external agencies as well as our multi-disciplinary in-house team. You will ensure that our website and other relevant digital products deliver against our over-arching strategy.
You will work in a consultative and collaborative way, sharing your experience, expertise, and guidance to encourage effective decision making. Working closely with Marketing & Communications and other teams to ensure coherent user journeys and relevant product roadmaps are in place driving the desired outcomes. You will own the website product roadmap.

As Business Analyst, you’ll be vital to analysing and understanding business problems and opportunities from across the charity. You will be helping to understand user and business needs, break those needs out into constituent parts, analyse multiple solutions, and support the communication and delivery of solutions to meet the user needs.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills are core to this role. You will work iteratively in cross-functional teams made up of people from across the charity to bring impactful and meaningful work to life.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be able to:

About the role:
As Executive Director you will lead a small team – Head of Education (full time), Head of Community Life (full time) and Programme and Volunteer Officer (full time), working with a charity that has a vision of a world where no one is forced to choose between their LGBT+ and Jewish identity.
As the only charity doing this in the UK, the charity works in partnership with communities to identify their goals, then tailor support so they can achieve them.

- Understanding of the charity and voluntary sector, including the funding environment in which charities operate

SSAFA’s Network & Community team, operating across the UK, are proud to announce this role as part of their strategic development plans.
This is a new fundraising opportunity to help provide support for serving personnel, veterans and their families ensuring that no-one battles alone.
Supported by the Statutory Grants Manager, this role is fundamental in developing, supporting and championing new and existing fundraising from heath providers and local authorities. We’re recruiting for a Senior Individual Giving Officer to join our team. We proudly raise money to help improve life for people with Parkinson’s and the people in their lives. Our work helps to fund everything from promising research, to providing personalised support for everyone with Parkinson’s, to campaigns fighting for better support for people with Parkinson’s and their loved ones.
About the role
You’ll be working on direct marketing campaigns and leading a strategic area of fundraising, to engage and inspire people to donate. And you’ll make it as easy as possible for supporters to choose the way they want to give. You’ll be part of a team that champions and supports each other, and is innovative in a changing fundraising and external environment to achieve our annual income target of over £5 million.
Focusing on high volume donations under £1000. We use analysis and insight to deliver a variety of direct marketing activities that recruit new donors and ensure everyone can see the impact of their kind contribution.
What you’ll do
- Support the Individual Giving Manager to help set strategic objectives, monitor income and expenditure and use database analysis to inform the individual giving programme.
- Plan, create and manage direct marketing campaigns, both online and offline, and lead a strategic area of fundraising to secure donations
- Work with the Individual Giving Officers, delegating work and championing their development. There may also be an opportunity to line manage an Individual Giving Officer.
- Monitor income and expenditure budgets and use database analysis to inform and improve the direct marketing programme.
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience of managing Individual Giving or direct marketing activity with substantial income and expenditure budgets.
- Proven success in donor or customer acquisition and retention through direct marketing.
- Strong track record of managing external agencies and suppliers.
- Some experience of using CMS and email platforms, ideally Marketing Cloud

Specific responsibilities
An applicant appointed to the role will be expected to:
- Work effectively with others to develop funding proposals for CSE projects.
- Lead the response to competitive Invitations to Tender, which require a specific and timely response to a client’s brief and the ability to highlight and sell relevant CSE strengths and expertise.
- Support our development process by giving direction, supervision, and support to all contributing staff.
- Work with delivery teams and colleagues to set project budgets, costing work accurately using CSE’s development and financial tools.
- Ensure effective set up of new projects and facilitate the handover when a project bid has a successful outcome.
- Ensure appropriate quality checks are carried out on all proposals.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver a broad programme of market and commercial research and analysis to underpin AFG’s growth ambitions and to manage AFG’s commercial risks.
The role will shape and deliver a comprehensive and systematic approach to market analysis whilst also ensuring that AFG’s contractual obligations are clearly documented and understood.

This is a strategically important role as AFG aim to positively impact more lives and drive business growth both in its current geographies and in new geographies.
The role will ensure that AFG’s growth plans are informed by high-quality research and analysis. This will include geographical analysis, the systematic review of key competitors, and key market trends both regionally and nationally.
The role will also ensure that key information is available to decision-makers covering existing contracts with commissioners and Service Level Agreements with housing partners.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed programme of market research and analysis linked to AFG’s growth plans.
- Deliver a range of geographically focused reviews covering both current geographies and new ones.
- Deliver a range of competitor reviews including annual and quarterly reports and deep dives into competitor developments.
