We are partnering with a well-established membership association to recruit a Temporary Campaigns Manager. This role will be key in delivering engaging communication plans that align with the organisation’s brand ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Execute Communication plans: Develop and implement detailed content plans that reflect the brand and engage the target audience.
- Voice Agenda Support: Assist in shaping the organisation's voice to ensure it aligns with brand identity, thought leadership, and customer lifecycle, while integrating products and services.
- Collaborate and Develop Creative Briefs: Work closely with channel owners and marketing colleagues to create effective activity plans, timelines, and creative briefs.
- Champion Collaboration Tools: Promote and model the consistent use of planning and collaboration tools to drive team efficiency.
- Evaluate and Optimise Campaign Performance: Analyse performance reports and dashboards, recommending strategies to enhance content reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Lead Seamless Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of communication plans across owned and supported channels, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
Person Specification:
- Experienced Communicator: Strong background in external communications, campaign management, multi-channel marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven Success: Demonstrable track record in running successful campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Data-Driven: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communicator, presenter, and relationship-builder.
- Hands-on Approach: Ability to get into the details and ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
What’s on Offer:
- 6-8 Week Temporary Role: This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home.
- Competitive Pay: A day rate of £150-£200 PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay).

Once people with MS know about the potential impact of a healthy lifestyle, they need to feel that the information is coming from a reliable source, in order to believe in it and adopt the key changes. The Overcoming MS Program is based on broad-based, high-quality scientific evidence, and lifestyle is an area that has growing interest and development.
The role
Reporting to the Director of Brand and Digital you will be part of a small team, responsible for delivering a new digital marketing approach, through the creation and delivery of projects and activities to increase leads, donations and engagement for Overcoming MS charity. We are looking for someone who is at ease with digital analytics and digital tech and who understands how to test, learn and optimise to deliver the best results.
With our digital ecosystem now established, we’re recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to steer us in the next stage of our journey. This is an exciting development of an existing role and will allow the successful candidate to make the position their own.
With our community app now well established, our new website launched earlier this year and having transitioned to Dot Digital for email, we are now working with some great external partners. We have partnered with a lovely charity who are looking for an Interim Head of Policy and Public affairs to join their team on a part-time basis for a 10 week contract.
About the Role:
As the Interim Head of Policy, Public Affairs, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's impact. You'll lead a team in developing and implementing strategies to influence policy, engage with policymakers, and conduct research that drives their work.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead on policy, parliamentary and research issues – advising and inputting into projects and strategies across the organisation and delivering and developing business plans

Designing and delivering media and political campaigns

Engage with policymakers and stakeholders

Lead and develop a team of policy and public affairs professionals
Qualifications:

Strong experience within a similar role

Track record of influencing and achieving policy change

Experience in policy development and advocacy

Strong understanding of government policy processes

Ability to grasp complex legislative, political and social issues and communicate them in a form appropriate to the audience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels including Ministers, senior civil servants, colleagues in local and central government, parliamentarians, other groups and senior management

Proven leadership abilities
What's on offer:
This role is offering a salary of 52,000 FTE for this 10 week contract, on a hybrid (London) or remote basis. This is a fast moving role and applications will close as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
This role is offered on a part-time basis, with an initial start of 4 days per week for the first month, reducing down to 2.5 days for the remaining 6 weeks.
