Head of Client Services

CancerCare North Lancashire & South Cumbria is looking for our new Head of Client Services!

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, client-centred therapeutic services to individuals affected by cancer, life-shortening illnesses and bereavement. The Head of Client Services will ensure the effective management of both freelance therapists and PAYE staff, fostering a collaborative environment that upholds CancerCare’s commitment to compassionate and flexible support.

CancerCare is a local, independent charity who provide complementary services and counselling to adults and children affected by cancer, life-shortening illnesses and bereavement. 

Hours: Variable up to 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £40,182 based on 37.5 hours per week
