Sussex Community Foundation is looking for an exceptional Head of Development to help us grow our income, build new relationships and inspire more people to give locally.
As we celebrate our 20th anniversary and shape our future strategy, this is an exciting opportunity to join a small, ambitious team making a real difference across Sussex.
We're looking for a confident, creative and proactive relationship-builder who can identify new opportunities, engage potential donors and turn connections into lasting commitments. You'll also lead our communications and engagement work, helping us share the stories that demonstrate our impact.
You don't necessarily need a traditional fundraising background. What matters is your ability to connect with people, inspire trust and enthusiasm, and drive results.
