Role purpose 

Adoption UK is undertaking a major digital transformation, initially focused on CRM and Website developments. Our Digital Transformation Team will drive this change programme, working with colleagues and external digital partners; and subsequently deliver our on-going digital strategy implementation and development. 

You will support the Digital Transformation Lead to refine and implement Adoption UK’s digital strategy, to deliver our digital transformation project. Working with internal and external stakeholders the team will ensure that the project’s vision and scope meet the business and operational needs of the charity. An important part of your role will be to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and particularly with our Marketing and Communications team to integrate digital into all current and upcoming projects. 

We’re looking for someone who has experience of project working in a digital environment, particularly within website and CRM implementation. 

Background – our digital transformation 

Like many charities, we’ve historically developed our digital framework and footprint organically, with insufficient web and CRM integration and functionality, duplication and data silos; resulting in data management and website functionality that don’t meet all our users’ needs. We’re changing all that by: 

1. Investing in our customer-facing website and data management systems; connecting all our divisions and services, delivering integrated systems that provide a positive customer and stakeholder journey.
2. Developing the next generation of digitally accessible services 
3. Extending our in-house digital capability to support continuous delivery. 

Key accountabilities: 

• Support the Digital Transformation Lead to implement the charity’s digital strategy.

• Coordinate data and content activities, including migration between platforms, to deliver our website and CRM digital transformation programme.

• Utilise and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and with current and future digital partners. Use these networks to: 

• embed digital first principles and best practice. 

• Train, coach and mentor colleagues to be effective users of our CRM and website. 

• Progress opportunities to increase our digital capability and integrate digital into our current and upcoming work. 

• Utilise the digital performance assessment framework to monitor compliance with digital and data best practice standards. 

• Assist in maintaining our data security standards compliance, participating in quality assurance activities. 

• Work collaboratively with our external digital and IT partners. 

Essential Criteria 

• Significant experience of website and CRM implementation and data/content management. 

• Good general knowledge and experience of organisational IT systems, including cloud and M365 applications. 

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to convey complex or technical information simply and clearly. 

• Experience of IT/Digital supplier engagement. Able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Experience of working in a digital project/change environment. 

• Ability to work under pressure and to respond quickly to changing circumstances and to tight timetables 

Desirable criteria 

• Experience of working in an organisation which uses agile development methodologies. 

• A strong understanding of the National Cyber Security Centre principles and approach and General Data Protection regulations principles, audit and compliance.

The Role

This is a hands-on role, working directly with teams across the organisation to design, test and implement new business processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transform core fundraising business processes

• Map current (“as is”) processes, supporter journeys and touchpoints
• Identify inefficiencies and design future-state (“to be”) workflows aligned with transformation goals
• Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline operations

• Work closely with the Head of Technology to translate business needs into technical requirements

We’re looking for a Property Project Manager to support with the delivery of several key construction projects, helping make sure our dogs have a safe, comfortable environment while they’re in our care.

What does this role do?

As Property Project Manager, you’ll:

• deliver end-to-end project management for all major works completed by the property department, critically understanding opportunities and risks associated with all projects, which may include large-scale rehoming centre rebuilds or renovations, often running simultaneously and at pace,
• provide guidance and support to the wider property team, including occasionally supporting with business-as-usual asset management, 
• build key relationships with various stakeholders across Dogs Trust, from front-line operations teams to the legal team, as well as external contractors such as contractors or professional appointees.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be an experienced surveyor with significant project management experience, who is capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously. The Programmes Officer works closely and day-to-day with the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager and is a key part of the core delivery spine of the Kinship Navigator feasibility RCT.

The role provides structured operational, administrative and coordination support that enables the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager to maintain oversight of timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery quality.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working at pace, highly responsive to direction, and able to anticipate what the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager will need next in order to keep the programme running smoothly and evidence-ready.

Please note - we are looking for people who can start immediately ideally. This is due to the nature of the mobilisation and delivery timescales. 

Purpose of the role:
To support the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager in mobilising and delivering the Kinship Navigator feasibility RCT through exceptional administration, proactive coordination and anticipatory problem-solving.

You will act as a trusted operational support, ensuring systems, data, documentation and local engagement activity are accurate, well organised and up to date, allowing the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager to focus on delivery oversight, risk management and external accountability.

Key responsibilities:

Programme delivery and coordination

• Support mobilisation activities across all workstreams, ensuring actions, documentation and timelines are tracked and followed up.
• Maintain delivery plans, action logs and trackers using Asana.
• Support coordination of onboarding activities with local authorities and internal teams.
• Ensure all operational documents are version-controlled, accessible and kept up to date.
• Flag emerging issues, risks or capacity pressures early, with clear evidence.
  

Local authority engagement and ecosystem mapping

• Coordinate local engagement activity across participating local authorities, including planning, logistics and follow-up for local events.
• Map each local authority’s kinship care ecosystem, including statutory services, voluntary and community organisations, referral pathways and gaps in provision.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date local authority profiles and ecosystem maps.
• Ensure local intelligence is captured consistently and stored accessibly using agreed systems (e.g. Notion).

Outreach and local marketing support

• Support outreach and engagement activity by helping develop programme-specific marketing and engagement materials, working with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure alignment with Kinship’s brand and messaging.
• Adapt and manage local collateral for each participating local authority, ensuring materials are accurate, up to date and easy to use.
• Maintain clear version control and accessible storage of outreach materials, incorporating feedback from local partners where appropriate.
• Use Canva, Padlet and other agreed tools to adapt and produce local materials for events, Communities of Practice and local authority engagement.

Communities of Practice support

• Provide operational support to the Head of Programmes in coordinating Communities of Practice in each participating local authority.
• Support scheduling, logistics, materials and follow-up actions.
• Capture learning, actions and insights clearly and consistently.
• Support translation of local learning into insight for programme improvement and future scale-up.
  

Administrative excellence and anticipation

• Deliver a consistently high standard of administration across the programme.
• Maintain clear, structured and accurate records across all systems.
• Anticipate upcoming needs, deadlines and risks, taking initiative to address them early.
• Proactively prepare information, materials and updates without needing to be prompted.
• Act as a reliable operational anchor, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Anticipate the information, updates and preparation the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager will need to manage delivery effectively.
  

Data, systems and technical delivery

• Maintain accurate and timely data entry across Salesforce and related systems.
• Support data quality checks and evaluator requirements.
• Use Asana, Salesforce, Notion and Canva confidently and fluently.
• Support documentation, manualisation and knowledge management.
• Ensure systems are used consistently and to a high technical standard.

Coordination, reporting and communications

• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes and follow-up actions.
• Support preparation of dashboards, updates and reports.
• Ensure information is shared clearly, accurately and on time.

As Deputy Supported Housing Manager, you will play a central role in our- supported accommodation for young people aged 16–25 who are at risk of homelessness. Our services operate 24/7 to provide a safe, stable home where young people can feel understood, encouraged and supported.

Across our East Sussex sites, we work with around 50 young people, each with their own story, strengths, challenges and ambitions. Support Workers hold individual caseloads and meet regularly with residents to build support plans, celebrate progress, and set meaningful goals for the future. Your leadership will help create the environment where this work thrives - one where young people feel empowered and staff feel confident and supported. 

In delivering the role, you will work closely with the Supported Housing Manager, while supporting the wider team to deliver consistent, compassionate support. You will be responsible for:

Service Provision: Supporting the Supported Housing Manager with the daily operations of the services so that they meet the requirements of the service specification including compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and Ofsted regulations. Oversee the residents’ referral, interview and induction processes for all beds and ensure the Occupancy Agreements and House Rules are fully understood. Ensure the quality of accommodation that is provided, liaising with the Housing and Property Services team to complete estate inspections and health and safety risk assessments, and to turn around voids and organise repairs in line with organisational targets and statutory obligations. With the Supported Housing Manager ensure effective income collection for all beds, working closely with the Rents team to create a rent payment culture.

Leadership and People Management: Directly line manage team members, ensuring their service delivery, working culture and personal development mirror best practice. Ensuring the team is adequately trained and empowered to work effectively and creatively with our young people to enable them to achieve their aspirations and ambitions, whilst ensuring they are supported within safe and consistent boundaries.

General: Be a member of the out of hours ‘on call’ rota to provide out of hours management support to projects in the wider locality. Reflect Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs), Trauma Informed approaches and restorative practices.

To enable Operation Smile’s global surgical activities, OSUK’s Partnerships Team works to maximise high-potential income channels such as corporate partnerships, major donors, community fundraisers and trusts and foundations.

We have created an exciting new position in our team for an ambitious and confident relationship fundraiser. Working as part of the Partnership Team, the Philanthropy Manager position will secure critical income from new and existing major donors through compelling, donor-centred approaches and excellent stewardship.

The position will build on existing relationships with individuals who make significant personal donations, aiming to grow their contributions, as well as making approaches to new prospects, working closely with the Director of Partnerships.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Philanthropy Development

• Ensure achievement of annual income target for philanthropy
• Develop and implement plans for a structured philanthropy programme, for both new and existing donors, aligning their giving with our strategic priorities
• Take primary responsibility for managing the current small pool of major donors, to grow and sustain their giving – strategic development of each relationship will be essential
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new major donor prospects, creating propositions/proposals and making approaches, working with the Director of Partnerships
• Seek peer-to-peer introductions to new prospects, from existing donors, board members and other contacts
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to donors and internal stakeholders
• Work with the Communications team to generate media presence and content to attract philanthropic interest from new prospects
