As a Housing Worker at CCP, you will play a vital role within our Hereford Accommodation Based Service Team which provides supported accommodation to vulnerable adults over the age of 18 years, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You'll be joining a fun, tight-knit team that work well to achieve great outcomes for residents.

We are looking for someone to work Full-time (Average 39.375 hours per week) on a 2-week rotation pattern (Week 1 is 4 shifts 8am-8:15pm. Week 2 is 3 shifts 8am-8:15pm. Weekend on/weekend off).

What You’ll Do

• Provide tailored housing-related support to people to maintain or secure suitable accommodation.
• Responsible for collecting rent, ensuring Health and Safety is maintained, inspecting accommodation and issuing letters to residents when breaches of Tenancy have occurred.
• Join a great team in Hereford that makes a significant impact on the lives of the people they support.
• It would be great if you had some experience in the housing sector, however, it is not essential as full training is provided.
