Central England Law Centre (CELC) is seeking a dedicated Welfare Benefits Caseworker to join our team.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to specialise in handling a variety of welfare benefits cases, including Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), and Housing Benefit. The successful candidate will be a compassionate, committed, and a well-organised strategic thinker with a strong commitment to our vision.
If you have a proven track record in delivering Welfare Benefits advice, interest in delivering training and policy influencing and would like to work

We offer competitive terms and conditions, looking to foster a good work life balance for all our staff, including 28 days of holiday pro rata (increasing by 1 day per year to 35 days after 5 years of service), plus 8 additional statutory days, and pension scheme membership.
