We are looking for a positive thinking Junior CRM Consultant who will help to deliver continuous improvement projects alongside business-as-usual processes to their customers. The role will be varied and offer the opportunity to work across a wide array of CRM technologies.
The successful candidate will have a blend of technical, analytical and relationship abilities. Training and ongoing support is provided to help the role holder achieve as well as possible for their clients.

CFG promotes remote-first working, although we do have office space at our registered address in Southwark, SE London for those team members who prefer an office setting. We expect all of our team members to attend all staff, directorate, or team anchor days on a regular basis in London. We are working with an independent research institute who are recruiting for a Executive Assistant to the Director and COO. The Director, has responsibility for research within the institute, and also is a senior professor. The COO, oversees the charitable and administrative structures of both the institute.
Although the primary focus of the role is support for the Director and COO, the role will contribute to the wider institute, particularly event and meeting support. It will be a varied role which will suit someone with previous experience of administration or personal assistant work in the area of science of healthcare.
As EA you will
- Act as gatekeeper between internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of the Director's quarterly trustees including collating, editing and proofreading ready for submission to the Board.
- Schedule management on behalf of the Director and COO.

We are working with a membership body based in central London, who are looking for a Membership Engagement Coordinator to join their team. This is a new role, working closely with the Membership Manager and will be responsible for coordinating and delivering membership engagement, recruitment and retention plans, ensuring members are at the centre of the organisation.

Young Start distributes money from dormant accounts on behalf of the Scottish Government to projects that are run for and by young people aged eight to 25. Since 2012, it has distributed over £60 million to thousands of projects across Scotland.
You will be part of the Communications and Engagement team responsible for telling the story of our Young Start funding in Scotland to a variety of audiences.
You will also provide communications support and advice to a recently established Young Start development team tasked with ensuring that children and young people are better engaged with and centred in the work of the Young Start funding programme.
Responsibilities include:
•Leading on all regular announcements of Young Start funding to the media and stakeholders
•Interviewing young people behind the projects to produce content for media features, case studies and online social media channels
•Supporting our funding teams to deliver Young Start customer communications
•Managing the yearly production of the Young Start Annual Report, at the request of the Scottish Government.
•Supporting the Young Start team to deliver its work putting young people front and centre of the Young Start programme.
About you
You will be comfortable speaking to children and young people about the impact that the funding is making in their lives and telling their stories with duty of care and a creative and engaging approach.
You will be collaborative in nature and enjoy working proactively and in partnership with colleagues across the fund. An open, supportive and flexible team working approach is necessary.
You will be adept at managing a busy and varied workload.
There can be occasional weekend and evening working to suit the needs of young people, but most of our work takes place on weekdays in normal working hours.
