Beyond the Streets is a UK charity with over 20 years’ experience of partnering with women in the sex industry to see them safe from coercion, violence and abuse. > Use CRM insights to support activity and campaign planning, targeting and retention.
5. Events & Lead/Enquiry Engagement

The Major Gifts (MGP) Executive – Corporates and Outreach (MGECO) is a hybrid role responsible for managing a small pool of corporate donors and prospects as well as working with colleagues to coordinate outreach within priority Major Donor audiences.
CAFOD’s Corporate Partnerships Portfolio has an annual target income of £858,000. The Executive will be responsible for a small group of Corporate Partners giving under £50,000/year, with the goal of maintaining and maximising the value and potential of these relationships
A key component of CAFOD’s continued MGP fundraising success is the identification and development of a strong pipeline of new major gift donors. Working with colleagues, the Executive role will identify and cultivate prospective donors with the goal of expanding the MGP Section portfolio. This will be achieved through strategic outreach work within CAFOD’s priority audiences.
The role sits within the Corporate Partnerships Team, a part of the Major Gifts and Philanthropy Section in the Fundraising and Participation Group. The post reports to the Corporate Partnerships Manager (CPM), working closely and in consultation with the Philanthropy Manager (PM) and MGP Research and Information Manager (MGPRIM). The post-holder will collaborate on strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives within the MGP section. They will also contribute to cross-team projects as agreed with the CPM.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising – ideally in major gifts and philanthropy donor management or external relationship development. They will have experience in operational planning and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnerships Relationship Management

- This will include responsibility for:

- Support in the administration of corporate donor portfolio, working with CAFOD colleagues to transition donors out of and receive donors into the corporates portfolio when necessary.

Our Foster-based care and Home Direct scheme ensures animals find new loving homes without the stress of kennels. This means that we do not usually have pets staying onsite overnight and our roles may not include daily pet care, but no two days are ever the same.
As Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the Centre – pets, people, facilities, compliance and finances. Working closely with your Assistant Managers, you’ll inspire and empower your team, embed a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the highest welfare standards.
This role is about leading people, bringing teams together and driving performance. We have a skilled, passionate team with great ideas – we now need someone who can take those forward, make things happen, and bring colleagues with them on the journey. The Role
The Digital Marketing Officer plays a vital role in delivering high-performing digital campaigns that drive supporter acquisition and engagement. Working within the charity’s marketing team, you will focus on paid media and content creation to support a broad range of charity initiatives, ranging from fundraising campaigns to service uptake.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of digital campaigns from planning through to optimisation, developing channel strategies, briefing content, and managing delivery. You will also collaborate with agency partners to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
Specifically, you will:
- Lead the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns. These may include, for example, fundraising, services, retail and political campaigns

- Lead paid media activity across Meta Ads Manager

About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:

Main Duties & Responsibilities
This is an exciting new role for an ambitious and commercially minded Venue manager to lead all aspects of our new venue and café with event delivery and organisation. This is a hands-on role focused on operational excellence, outstanding customer experience and sustainable income growth. As a brand-new venture, this role will be pivotal in the development of our Venue for Good both commercially and operationally. You will oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end booking journey and on-the-day service for internal and external venue-hire clients, working closely with the wider hospice teams to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
The role also involves budget management, performance reporting, pricing and stock control, client relationship management, and working closely with our fundraising and communications teams to maximise bookings and promote the venue.

About you
We have an exciting role available for a motivated and passionate leader to join the Floating Hub team as a Deputy Manager. The Floating Hub is a time limited, intensive intervention for targeted cohorts of people sleeping rough in hotspots across London. It is a multidisciplinary 24/7 ‘pop up’ assessment hub lasting up to 21 days in each location. Once each Floating Hub closes the team carry out a planned handover with all agencies to ensure that individuals are successfully rehoused. The Floating Hub provides safe off the streets accommodation and brings partners together under one roof to deliver rapid, tailored support, aiming to ensure that people do not return to rough sleeping.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and initiative service which specialises in working with people where other attempts to end their homelessness have failed. As a Deputy Manager, you will:
- Work closely with the service manager to ensure the effective day to day running of the service.
- Provide supportive supervision and line management to Assessment and Reconnection Workers, and other team members including night workers and hub assistants; providing guidance on complex cases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, and work in partnership with local authorities, accommodation services and other relevant agencies to set up the Floating Hub and ensure clients move on from the service into the appropriate accommodation with the correct support in place.
- Lead responsibility for overseeing the service rota and H&S for the Floating Hub.
The role will typically be working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
About you
We are looking for proactive and creative individuals with:
- Experience of working with vulnerable people and supporting a service delivery team.
- The ability to negotiate with a wide range of internal and external partners and build positive relationships.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise your own time and workload to meet a number of different and competing tasks in a sometimes pressurised environment.

This role will deputise for the interim Head of Fundraising when required and has huge potential for professional growth. You will be individually responsible for Corporate, Legacy, and Regular Giving fundraising.
Working with interim Head of Fundraising, you will enhance the donor experience, ensure relationships are strong and that excellent personalised communication systems are in place and that we are truly audience led. You will be required to support other members of the Fundraising Team on fundraising activities where extra resources or senior representation may be required.
You will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the database (Donorflex) is maintained by the Fundraising Team alongside the Head of Fundraising.
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Fundraising in reviewing systems and processes and ensuring that the Fundraising Team is working efficiently and in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements and best practice.
The role will involve managing and tracking the Fundraising Team budget through direct line management when appropriate and you will be required to create monthly reports and updates as well as Trustee Reports, and, when needed, to reforecast income/expenditure, liaising with the senior leadership team.
