This role involves working across teams at Hindleap Warren, including Operations, Facilities, Finance, and Fundraising. There is regular collaboration with the wider London Youth team, including our other Outdoor Centre, Woodrow High House. Your efforts will directly impact the quality and reach of our outdoor learning experiences, helping more young people benefit from the unique opportunities we offer. About the role - what you will be doing
In this role, you will activley seek and secure new business opportunities while nurturing and maintaining existing accounts, ensuring a steady and growing stream of revenue. You will deliver outstanding customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, including schools and youth groups. Managing booking processes and systems efficiently, you will ensure smooth operations and resource allocation in collaboration with various teams. Your creative input and support in developing and executing marketing strategies will increase brand awareness and attract more bookings. Additionally, you will assist in gather and analysing data to inform strategic decisions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing bookings and related paperwork using our booking system, Cinolla.
- Taking a proactive approach to new business.
- Responding to booking inquiries and contacting prospective customers.
- Coordinating with the Operations Team to ensure bookings can be resourced.
- Supporting the implementation of the Hindleap Warren marketing strategy to increase overall bookings.
- Managing key accounts to retain customers and reduce churn.
- Collaborating with the finance department to accurately process invoices, credit notes, and refunds.
- Promoting London Youth's policies on diversity and inclusion.
- Contributing proactively to the implementation of London Youth's mission and goals.

The Role

Key Priorities During the Contract
For the duration of the maternity cover, the successful candidate will focus on:
- Personally leading the development and delivery of core events including Garden Party, Big Sports Quiz, A Little Night Music, and Laughter to the Rafters.
- Developing and implementing processes to streamline, improve and enhance supporter data and communications.
- Leading the implementation of the supporter journey strategy, collaborating with colleagues across fundraising and communications to ensure a seamless, personalised, and data-driven experience for all supporters.
- Managing relationships with Passage Ambassadors, particularly Dara O'Briain, who plays a key role in our annual comedy event, Laughter to the Rafters.

- Provide coaching and direction to a multi-functional team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Budget Management: Prepare accurate forecasts and monitor KPIs to achieve ambitious income targets.

About the role
We’re looking for an Individual Giving & Challenge Events Executive to join our Fundraising team. This role supports fundraising activity that helps almost half a million young people across the UK gain skills for life.
You’ll work closely with the Individual Giving Manager to deliver challenge events, supporter communications and fundraising activity, while ensuring donations and supporter records are managed accurately. You’ll be part of a supportive team where ideas are encouraged, and you’ll have opportunities to develop your fundraising skills and experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop challenge events, supporting participants and identifying new ways for people to get involved
- Act as a first point of contact for individual supporters, responding to enquiries and providing a positive supporter experience
- Support fundraising appeals, the Scouts Lottery and legacy giving, including administration and coordination
- Maintain accurate supporter records and process donations across multiple platforms, working closely with Finance
- Support projects, reporting and day-to-day administration within the Individual Giving team
About you
You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You’ll enjoy working with supporters, handling data and systems, and collaborating with colleagues across teams.
You will have:
- Experience managing projects, campaigns or stakeholder relationships
- Experience supporting fundraising, supporter engagement or communications work
- Confidence working with databases or CRM systems
- Good attention to detail and an organised approach to work
- An interest in fundraising and a genuine motivation to support young people and volunteers

The Development Office at Oundle School is looking for Deputy Director of Development who will be instrumental in advancing our philanthropic goals and will support the management and running of its driven and friendly team.
THE ROLE
The Deputy Director of Development will play a key part in helping us achieve our philanthropic goals. This role provides a real opportunity to make a tangible difference: devising and shaping strategy, driving forward our stewardship and legacies programme, building key relationships with major donors, and working closely with the Director of Development on the next advances in this vital area of the school’s work.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic relationship manager who is highly motivated, creative, and intellectually curious, with experience of working within a fundraising or relatable field. We are looking for a dedicated colleague who will enjoy working across a vibrant constituency within a beautiful architectural setting to deepen philanthropic relationships between the school and its alumni and parent body.
While this role is 40 hours per week, year round, we are open to discussion about working arrangements including hybrid working to attract a candidate who can help us achieve our ambitions.
THE SCHOOL
Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools have long been associated with the very best of modern independent education, especially boarding.
