The charity funds projects that go beyond NHS provision - investing in equipment, innovation, environments, research and staff wellbeing to enhance patient care and experience.

About You
We are looking for a values-driven leader who combines strategic vision with a hands-on, practical approach.
Skills and Experience
- Significant senior leadership experience (CEO, Director or equivalent) in a charity, public service or similarly complex environment
- A track record of leading organisations through growth, transition or transformation
- Strong understanding of fundraising and income generation strategy
- Experience of working with Boards and governance structures
- Credibility in stakeholder management and external representation
- Financial and operational acumen, with the ability to build effective systems and infrastructure
