We are a leading charity on a mission to revolutionise access to fresh, nutritious food for individuals and families facing financial hardship. Through groundbreaking initiatives that provide financial support for purchasing fresh produce, we are tackling food insecurity, improving public health, and championing the role of local markets in creating sustainable communities. As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we seek a visionary leader who will drive our organisation forward, ensuring greater impact while remaining rooted in our commitment to equitable access to healthy food for all.

The Role

The Chief Executive Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation, driving strategic growth, and expanding our reach. This is an opportunity to lead a team dedicated to creating lasting social change and ensuring that everyone, regardless of income, has access to fresh, affordable food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction, ensuring the charity scales its impact while maintaining its core mission.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs that improve food security and public health outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships across government, healthcare, and community organizations to drive policy and programmatic change.
  • Secure and steward major funding partnerships to enhance financial sustainability and long-term growth.
  • Advocate for systemic change, positioning the charity as a leading voice in the movement for equitable access to healthy food.
  • Inspire and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration.
