We’re working with a leading charity to recruit a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant for an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Chief Executive in a pivotal role while leading and coordinating the work of a small PA team.

About the role

You’ll act as the right hand to the CEO, providing executive-level support, managing complex diaries and communications, and ensuring the smooth running of high-level meetings and events. You’ll also line manage Executive PAs, helping to deliver a first-class support service to the wider leadership team.

This is a dynamic and varied role, ranging from preparing trustee reports and external briefings, to attending key meetings with the CEO, and coordinating high-profile communications. You’ll need to be highly organised, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information with confidence.

We are looking for CARA Facilitators to co-deliver domestic abuse awareness raising group workshops to first time offenders of domestic abuse who have made a full admission and accept responsibility of their use of unhealthy behaviour.

CARA
CARA is an out of court resolution intervention. Following a police call out and release from custody, individuals meeting an eligibility criteria and identified as standard risk are issued a caution by Humberside police. The Caution includes a referral to CARA, consisting of two domestic abuse awareness raising group workshops designed by Hampton Trust and delivered by TLC: Talk, Listen, Change. The workshops are delivered one month apart to a closed group.

The role
In this role you will partner with another CARA Facilitator and be responsible for delivery of the two CARA workshops on Saturdays. There is no requirement to be available every Saturday, instead we are looking to recruit a pool of facilitators who will be scheduled to deliver CARA cohorts subject to their availability and proximity to the delivery venues. Delivery venues will include those close to public transport routes across Humberside. Facilitators will be required to commit to a minimum delivery of two cohorts (four workshops) per year. There will also be additional hours available to deliver CARA telephone intervention at flexible times across the week.

You will be required to attend core CARA Facilitator Training. Please ensure you are available to attend all the following training dates:  

TBC but expected either:

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Online, 5.30 – 8.30pm) and Saturday and Sunday (In-person, 9am – 4.30pm) on either the week commencing:

27th October or 3rd November.

You’ll be confident in delivering group work, assessing and managing group dynamics. You’ll have experience in gaining people’s trust and you’ll be confident addressing negative behaviour. The Finance Manager will support the Head of Finance and work closely with the Finance Officer to deliver an efficient and robust financial service for The Photographers’ Gallery (TPG) and its trading subsidiary. A pivotal role within a small but impactful team, the Finance Manager will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, strengthen financial processes and controls, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the organisation.

A summary of key duties is as below:

• Oversee all day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns, reconciliations, purchase and sales ledgers.
• Prepare quarterly management accounts, budgets, and cashflow reports in collaboration with the Head of Finance.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification (part-qualified considered) or significant relevant finance experience.
• Experience in financial management and bookkeeping, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
• Strong technical skills, including use of accounting systems, Excel, and financial reporting.
• Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across a range of stakeholders.

  How are staff supported to work remotely? 

VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community. 

When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs).  

 VoiceAbility offers the usual regular manager one to ones, Staff forums and communities of practice depending on role. Team meetings with a mix of virtual and in person approach.

About the Role 

The Marketing and Insights Lead will drive Urban Saints’ marketing activity and use data insights to continually improve engagement, reach, and impact across all platforms. This role combines strategic planning with live performance monitoring to ensure our communications are effective and relevant.

You'll be responsible for:

• Planning and implement integrated campaigns across email, social media, and the website.
• Supporting launches, events, training, and product sign-ups with timely, engaging content.
• Working with the Communications Coordinator, writing and editing marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and social posts.
• Monitoring and reporting on digital metrics (Website, email, social media, ad performance).
• Tracking user journeys, engagement rates, and campaign ROI.
• Running A/B testing across platforms to evaluate message, format, and timing effectiveness
• Manage paid ads campaigns (E.g. Facebook, Google, Instagram).
• Supporting platform management of tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and CRM exports.
• Providing regular updates and strategic insights to the Head of Communications.

Please note, this is predominantly a remote role, but with travel as the role requires. All full-time Urban Saints employees are required to attend two team residentials per year (3 days/ 2 nights each).

About You

We’re looking for a strategic, data-savvy communicator who can lead on high-impact marketing campaigns that inspire action and deepen engagement. You’ll combine a creative mindset with analytical thinking, confident in using insights to shape campaigns and improve results.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication with a clear, engaging tone.
• Ability to tailor messages and content for differentaudiences and platforms.
• Confident interpreting data and using it to improve communication and engagement.
• Creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and CRM platforms.
• Proven experience in marketing and digital analytics.
• Strong understanding of digital metrics, user journeys, and engagement funnels.
• Experience managing email, social media, and website content as part of integrated campaigns.

Working within a unique and innovative team -YCSMAS (Youth Counselling, Substance Misuse and Alcohol Service) working within Young Islington, an outstanding local Authority you will be working alongside Targeted Youth Support, Islington Youth Justice Service and I-CAN (formerly Islington Gangs Team) to provide substance Misuse support, education sessions, staff/parent/carers training and outreach services for young people aged 12yrs - 21yrs.

YCSMAS is an integrated team providing mental health support from the TYS Youth Counselling Service and substance misuse support/education from the Islington Young people's Drug and Alcohol Service (IYPDAS) to over 200 young people per year.

This role will involve:

· Managing IYPDAS duty, referrals and allocations

· Managing three IYPDAS team members Leading on outreach and partnership work

· Liaising with stakeholders and commissioners

· Developing and promoting the service

· Holding a small case load.
