As Supporter Relations Officer, you’ll:
- Promote the work of Dogs Trust to key audience groups in their catchment area and to support them accordingly.

The Individual Giving department is part of the Fundraising and Marketing directorate and brings in approximately £88m per annum through regular giving, one off gifts, prize-led fundraising, community and events and legacy and in memory. Person Specification:

The Director of Programmes and Partnerships is responsible for ensuring The Diana Award delivers quality impactful programmes and develops strong strategic partnerships that harness young people's power and potential to change the world. This role is one of four Director-level positions within the organisation, forming the Senior Leadership Team alongside the CEO.
The Programmes Directorate currently comprises four teams: Anti-Bullying, Mentoring, Social Action, and Impact and Influence, with a staff count of 25 plus a pool of associate trainers. The Diana Award’s programme strategy (2021-2026) focuses on embedding evidence-driven, youth-led approaches across our programmes, enhancing our profile as a platform for youth-led social action, and increasing our influence on policies affecting young people.
The Director of Programmes and Partnerships will work collaboratively with other members of SLT and the CEO to drive forward the organisation’s strategy and plans as set out in The Diana Award’s five-year strategy, Future Forward, and play a vital role in shaping the new strategy.

Senior Leadership
- Drive the organisation’s strategy and vision as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, taking key decisions in the best interest of the organisation.

We are seeking an experienced fundraising and communications manager to cover maternity leave in our award winning charity working to end homelessness one person at a time in East London.
About the role
Based within the fundraising team, The Fundraising, Communications & Supporter Manager will provide direction and manage the team responsible for brand, communications, events and fundraising through individual giving, legacies, community and corporate partnerships. This role will also directly be responsible for Major Donor relations and income.
The role and its responsibilities are critical in the charity’s growth and delivery of strategic goals through brand development, stakeholder engagement and delivery of some key streams of fundraised income. This role will work closely with the new Head of Fundraising and Communications role which has recently been created, and with our established Trusts Fundraising Manager, to support diversification/growth of income streams.

The Discover DeCrypt Trustees wish to appoint a self-employed fundraising consultant to undertake fundraising to achieve at a minimum the matched funding target (circa £92k) for submission of The National Lottery Heritage Fund Round 2 bid for The Sanctuary Project in St Mary de Crypt Church, Gloucester. The work will need to be carried out between July 2024 and July 2025 with all matched funding pledged by that end date and any surplus funding contributing to unrestricted reserves.
Introduction Discover DeCrypt undertook a major Heritage Fund project between Jan 2018 and March 2022. This capital project saw the reimagining of the church and adjoining Tudor schoolroom buildings. The project saw the Victorian pews removed (and repurposed), a lift (sympathetic to the buildings) installed, new toilet facilities, new heating system, new fire and intruder system, new lighting scheme and a new kitchen. Underfloor heating was installed within the nave and a new floor laid. The schoolroom was made safe and usable as it had reached the point where it was unsafe for the public to access. There was new interpretation in both the church and schoolroom.
An important aspect of this project was community outreach as the buildings sit within the city centre and had lost much of the original congregation and community. After the initial capital phase, three years of operational support was designed to help embed the charity within the community through volunteer recruitment, workshops, activities, concerts, art exhibitions and theatre. The church has also grown over this period, with regular services, weddings, funerals, and christenings.
The Sanctuary Project is the next phase of the Discover DeCrypt Story. It will see the conservation and interpretation of important Mediaeval and Tudor Wall paintings, Mediaeval stonework, and Victorian stained-glass windows. As well as the conservation work, the Sanctuary area and the elements within it will be researched and interpreted for the visitors to understand and enjoy. A very important part of this project is community engagement and audience development including giving students and the wider public access to conservation and heritage skills.

The Ageing Well Functional Fitness MOT project is aimed at supporting mild to moderately frail residents of the Frognal area of Bexley with falls prevention, improvement of functional wellness and to provide signposting for sessions to enhance functional fitness within this defined area. The project will be working to engage with people who may be experiencing health challenges but are not accessing support, therefore engaging with them prior to a crisis.
Your role will be to create and lead a network of organisations and individuals to deliver functional fitness "MOTs" and who can provide support for functional fitness. You will also provide a regular link with the local population which could be utilised by other services and campaigns such as cancer prevention or dementia awareness. You will work to strengthen the network of community groups, statutory services and businesses working together to deliver improvements to health and wellbeing. You will engage with local residents to gather feedback about what is important to them and involve people in the development of additional health and wellbeing support.

The British Academy – the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences - is seeking an Individual Giving and Data Manager to join our Development Directorate on a fixed-term basis, providing key support in the delivery of the Academy’s fundraising efforts, including supporting the implementation of a new CRM system.
The Role
The Individual Giving and Data Manager will work closely with the Head of Development to manage data and deliver communications to individual donors at the British Academy. This will include a regular giving programme, with a target audience of the Academy’s Fellow, and fundraising from public events attendees. This role is unique in that it sits within the small, friendly Development Directorate, and will also work closely with colleagues in the Academy’s Digital Team.
The Academy is currently transitioning its CRM system to Salesforce and the Individual Giving and Data Manager will work closely with the Project Team to achieve this. A core duty of the role involves the migration of data and helping to coordinate and build new fundraising processes within the new system. To do this, the post-holder will work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure that communications to Fellows and other individual donors are co-ordinated. You will be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders. A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving, in terms of planning, prioritisation and demonstrating resilience when faced with adversity is essential.
You will also coordinate fundraising-related communications across a variety of platforms, working closely with colleagues in the Digital Team. This includes thanking donors in a timely and sincere manner, delivering stewardship events for donors, and reporting on activities in the annual report.

The Role
The Administrator is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations at TIIHQ.
This position requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Administrating for key departments including but not limited to Governance, Professional Qualifications, Publications, Information Services and Medals and Awards.
The Administrator will work to streamline processes, optimise workflow, and implement administrative policies. Key responsibilities include:
- The Administrator to the CEO is to provide efficient and effective support, managing accurately the diary, travel and internal and external meeting arrangements as well as professional and confidential business administration for the CEO.
- Responsible for keeping accurate records in relation to Council members and matters including the administration of official papers to support the effective operation of the organisation.
- Deal with incoming correspondence and enquiries with discretion and courtesy and produce confidential letters, reports, general documentation, electronic presentations, and review documentation as required.
- Lead the administrative support to ensure the smooth running of prescribed Institute services and activities as well as front-line response.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for TIIHQ facilities, including coordinating service agreements, maintenance requests, and vendor relationships.
- Acting as Secretary to prescribed Committees the Senior Administrator will liaise with the Chairs of those committees to set meeting dates, ensure that all documentation is provided to committee members in a timely fashion, arrange and be present at meetings to provide support and take the minutes of the meeting.
- To organise and administrate internal and external working group meetings and projects as required.
- Maintain and develop filing systems, operational procedures and technological solutions for the secure retention of information.
- Process and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, various databases and software systems, and provide statistical information and reports as necessary.
- Responsible for accurate and up to date departmental web pages, listing key meeting dates, promotional information and any information relevant to the general public.
- Responsible for collating and sending information for email marketing campaigns as well as promotional literature for prescribed departments.
- Initiate reports and documents of a confidential nature and other matters which require a significant degree of discretion to be exercised, including those of a budgetary nature.
- Assisting in the development of departmental budgets and monitoring income and expenditure throughout the year.
- Work on own initiative to meet competing demands and to resolve problems.
