About you
As our Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our partner relationships while ensuring we surpass our income targets. Your responsibilities will span from providing administrative and financial support to managing project initiatives and fundraising campaigns. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with team members on corporate partnerships, overseeing bespoke activities and initiatives.

- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to facilitate cross-selling opportunities.

To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Previous experience in fundraising, marketing, PR, or media environments.

Ways of Working:

Kineara is looking for someone who can grow our fundraising potential and engage key stakeholders across the sector, while delivering engaging communications and outreach campaigns that demonstrate our social value and grow our support base. Job Description
Communications:
- Develop, contribute to and implement impact-driven and strategic communications campaigns that build Kineara’s fundraising capacity and raise awareness of the issues
- Develop brand identity for Kineara’s new charitable arm, ensuring it is consistent across all activities in the organisation, while maintaining Kineara’s overall ‘look and feel’ to ensure coherence in branding, colours, messaging, style and approach.
- Oversee the creation, development, distribution of compelling, impact-driven story-telling about Kineara’s work and beneficiaries using interviews, blogs, case studies, etc.
- Use a range of platforms to distribute print and electronic content including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, leaflets, posters reports, e-newsletters, and Kineara’s website
- Work closely with IT and business managers to ensure smooth running of internal communications

The Ripple Pond is a charity that supports adult family members of physically and/or psychologically injured British Armed Forces personnel and veterans. Many of these individuals and family members are hard to reach and often isolated.
Your role will be to ensure that more and more of the military community, professionals and other interested parties know who we are and how to access our support.
You will also help to organise our exciting programme of online talks and activities for our Members (service-users) to help ensure they are well-informed, involved and feel part of a supportive community. Making sure that Members are always involved in generating ideas and production.
We are looking for someone who is dynamic and determined, but you also need to be invested in our mission as a charity and care about people.
This role is about;
• working with a wide range of groups and individuals to help raise awareness of the charity and to create opportunities to identify new Members (service users);
• being responsible for networking, identifying, and establishing partnerships with key individuals and organisations and nurturing existing relationships;
• developing and rolling out strategies to engage with hard-to-reach and isolated military carers and families;
• coordinating a range of activities (mainly online) to deliver information to Members, potential Members, referrers, and other stakeholders. These will include online talks from staff, Members and other “subject matter experts”; and
• helping to ensure the charity continues to understand the developing needs of its Members.
Although the role is home-based, you will not be working in isolation; you will be supported by the managers and workforce.
All our staff are home-based, and we maintain a strong caring culture of teamwork, mutual support and promoting wellbeing at work.
You may be exposed to traumatic narratives from our Membership, for many this is a reality in their lives. We do provide an extensive framework of clinical and managerial support but you do need to be an emotionally and psychologically resilient individual.

Job purpose
We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to support all aspects in the delivery of Challenge Works programmes. An enthusiastic team player with a knack for problem solving. Someone who is able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, moving effortlessly from day-to-day management to supporting the team on planning and strategy. The ideal candidate will have some programme assistant experience, including experience of developing, maintaining and revising systems, budget and financial monitoring, relationship management, communications and management of social media channels.
The Role
Programme Coordination
- Work closely with Programme Managers to enable smooth day-to-day programme execution.
- Monitoring of milestones, evaluation and finance to keep check of project budgets and deadlines. Flagging action points to the Programme Manager when necessary.

Summary of role: Our Green Doctors deliver home visits and telephone consultations across Slough, Maidenhead & Windsor & the surrounding areas. Consultations are a mix of advice, installation of small practical energy-saving measures such as low energy light bulbs and draft proofing and referring on to other health and wellbeing services. We aim to reduce our client’s energy bills and save them money in a variety of ways including providing a bill switching service.
You will be a practical, people-person with a passion for helping vulnerable people. You must have either knowledge or experience in energy efficiency to provide tailored energy saving advice, and the ability to adapt your approach to suit our client’s varying needs.
You must be comfortable with lone working and in managing your own workload.
A qualification as Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), NVQ Level 3 (6049-03) Provide Energy Efficiency Services, or City and Guilds Energy Awareness (6281-01) is desirable, but relevant experience within the field or a willingness to take the qualification will be considered. (20 paid study hours).
A full clean driving license is required.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Sustrans as part of our Strategic Communications team.

We are looking for a Charity Shop Manager to cover shifts in both of the Harington Charity Shops in North London. The Charity Shop Manager (Cover) role, will be guaranteed 8.5 hours a week in our Hornsey charity shop. In addition to this there may be other variable hours over and above this, where they will be asked to provide cover when the Charity Shop Managers or Shop Assistants are on leave at either the Archway or Hornsey Charity Shops. Harington is an Ofsted regulated specialist college and charity based in north London, working with young people with learning differences aged 16-25. About Unlocked
Unlocked Graduates exists to break cycles of reoffending, with particular focus on breaking the link between disadvantage and reoffending. Currently prison is not a place which successfully does this: the average prisoner has 16 previous convictions and 48 percent of prisoners reoffend within a year of release. Unlocked Graduates exists to fix this problem. Our mission is to break cycles of re-offending by developing outstanding individuals to lead rehabilitation in prisons and throughout society.
The role
Interns are an invaluable part of our Programme team, which sits at the heart of the design and delivery of the Unlocked Graduates programme. The key project deliverable for this role is Summer Institute (SI), a 6-week training programme for our new cohort of prison officers. The successful candidates will work with the team in Leeds to deliver SI, gaining broad experience in event coordination and project management. You will have the opportunity to get involved with a huge range of activities over the summer that will help train and develop exceptional prison officers.
For July and August the role will mainly be based at Leeds Trinity University, during which time your work pattern may vary and time off in lieu will be agreed in advance for extended work days or weekend work. Accommodation will be provided for this period and you will be able to expense travel on weekends to return home.
Key accountabilities
SI preparation
- Supporting the delivery team with final planning preparations for SI
- Supporting the set-up of the training spaces in Leeds, including organisation of training equipment and materials

During SI
- Supporting day-to-day logistics of SI ensuring training runs smoothly, including management of session equipment and paperwork, recording of sessions, etc.

We are seeking a Fundraising Assistant at York Minster Fund for an initial fixed term contract of 12 months, commencing summer 2024. This part time, flexible role will support our team in administrative and fundraising tasks across a range of exciting activities and events, helping to raise funds for the Minster’s ongoing work.

York Minster Fund is the lead fundraising partner for York Minster. We are an independent organisation, with a separate board of Trustees, who work closely with colleagues across the Cathedral to secure income for a number of much needed projects and programmes of work. Established in 1967, as an emergency response to an urgent restoration project, we secure funds from charitable foundations, major and corporate donors, legacy donors, individuals and events.
Our funds provide much needed income for a wide range of projects, including the fabric and repair of the iconic Minster itself, the training of apprentices in traditional heritage crafts and strategic initiatives such as the realisation of the Minster's new international Centre of Excellence for Heritage Skills and Estate Management.
In the last year we have built on existing strong fundraising relationships and techniques to explore new ways of engaging donors and digital audiences and this is an exciting time to join the Fund as we move forward on a number of major projects. As part of our small but highly experienced team, no two days are the same and the role could see you supporting with many different projects and tasks including donor events administration and delivery, correspondence and research.

About the Role
WISH2 is one of three components of the FCDO-funded WISH Dividend programme, which follows on from the Women’s Integrated Sexual Health (WISH) programme (August 2018 - March 2024). It will be implemented alongside two other components, which will focus on 1. Policy and Systems, i.e. a demand-led, flexible technical assistance programme on SRHR and Demographic Transition and 2. Evidence and Learning, i.e. a Third Party Monitoring and verification, evaluation and learning support. As for WISH 2, it will aim to support targeted countries on comprehensive SRHR including support for service delivery and technical assistance, and will be implemented through two consortium structures, called Lots. MSI-led Lot 1 will focus on West and Central Africa (namely in DRC, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Chad and Mauritania) and IPPF-led Lot 2 on East and Southern Africa. Lot 1 consortium partners will be MSI, Ipas, Options, Sightsavers, RAES and WILDAF-AO. The programme should start in May/ June 2024 and last 60 months.
As a core member of MSI’s WISH2 Lot 1 Management Team, the Project & Communications Officer (PCO) will contribute to the fulfilment of the MSI-led consortium’s mission under the programme, taking responsibility for providing administrative support and ensuring good communication about the project with external and internal stakeholders, to ensure the smooth implementation of the project -
- Contract management, including compliance, and due diligence;
- Administrative support to the management team, coordination of all WISH 2 Lot 1 Management Team meetings and consortium meetings to ensure strong collaboration, communication and learning through meetings, workshops, country visits, etc;
- Technical support with creation and maintenance of shared systems, and ways of working to ensure best practice and the achievements of the project are documented; and communications, reporting and compliance requirements are adhered to;
- Communications support and materials production, i.e. support the Project Director and Deputy Project Director with the development and implementation of a WISH2 Lot 1 communications and visibility strategy, increasing knowledge and awareness of the project and ensuring compliance with FCDO communications requirements. This will include support to the development of a range of communications materials and their dissemination.
