Community & Systems Engagement Lead (Young People and Families)

Location: Northmead House, Creekmoor, Poole, Dorset – CAN operates hybrid working

Hours: 37 (flexible/alternative hours considered)

Salary £37,000–£42,000 per annum FT

Contract length: 12 months fixed-term contract

About the role

If you are a passionate and collaborative professional, this is a unique opportunity to act as a system-wide connector, bringing together partners across the voluntary, community, public, and private sectors to ensure that young people and families can access the right support at the right time.

You will play a central role in developing a more connected, responsive, and prevention-focused system that improves outcomes and life chances for young people across the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole areas.
