Our vision at Bluebell Wood is for every baby, child and young person with a life limiting condition to access specialist palliative care, where and when they need it.  You will join our fantastic team where we all play our part in achieving our vision and creating an incredible culture for everyone. 

Our services:

Our uncompromisable support services are wide-ranging and bespoke to each family.  We provide symptom management, end-of-life care, post-death care, short breaks, counselling, sibling support groups, music therapy, home visits and more.

We support families across a large geographical area, including South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire, North Derbyshire and parts of North Lincolnshire. The hospice is easily accessible from Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Sheffield and North Notts. We have free secure on-site parking for families, staff and volunteers to use. 

Every year we need to raise £6.7m to keep our doors open and only around 17% of our income comes from government sources, the rest must be raised through fundraising activity.

The role:

We’re looking for a self-motivated, driven Individual Giving Legacy Fundraiser to lead and grow income from the Individual Giving portfolio by driving acquisition of new individual and mid-level donors, elevating end to end donor interactions and deepening relationships with existing supporters. You will be proactive in using data insights to inform campaign targeting, mid donor level strategy as well as monitoring agreed kpis.

A key focus is to grow Regular Giving through the development of compelling supporter packages and upgrade pathways, while also advancing legacy giving through targeted messaging and initiatives that build a sustainable pipeline of pledges and gifts for the future.

What You Will Do

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement a growth strategy for Regular Giving, including acquisition, retention, upgrade pathways, and mid-level donor development.
• Lead on the development and effective delivery of legacy messaging across channels, ensuring consistent and inspiring communication that builds awareness and drives pledges.
• Support strategic planning for Trusts & Grants, In Memory Giving, and Legacy awareness, ensuring alignment with overall fundraising goals.

Campaign & Product Delivery

• Lead the creation and delivery of Regular Giving and mid-level donor products, campaigns, and donor journeys.
• Develop and promote legacy giving initiatives, including Make a Will Month, seasonal appeals, and messaging that builds a pipeline of legacy pledges and gifts.
• Work with external suppliers (e.g. creative agencies, mailing houses) and internal teams to deliver high-quality assets and campaigns.

Collaboration & Support  

• Work closely with Marketing, Supporter Engagement, Commercial Insights and Finance teams to ensure integrated delivery and maximise supporter value and retention.
• Support fundraising events and initiatives as needed.
• Respond to supporter enquiries via mail, email, and phone, providing excellent customer service.
• Work positively and proactively with our volunteer supporters.
• Manage relationships with external consultants for Trusts & Grants and Legacy fundraising, oversee canvassing agents and ensuring all activity aligns with the hospice’s fundraising strategy and values.

What You’ll Bring

· Proven experience in corporate or community fundraising or a corporate account management environment.

· Ability to leverage networks and data to inform strategy and accelerate growth.

· Positive attitude, with a proven experience of managing individual giving activity including regular giving appeals and  recruitment and retention campaigns.

· Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage third party supplier relationships e.g., creative agencies.

Your role

Title:  Digital Fundraising Executive

Salary:  £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Location:   UK Remote with regular office days (approx. 1 – 2 per month) or hybrid (our head office in Haywards Heath is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for those who prefer to work from the office regularly)

Hours:  This is a full-time role with some flexibility around hours worked.

About the role

Sightsavers are looking for a Digital Fundraising Executive to deliver insight-led end-to-end digital fundraising campaigns and supporter journeys that maximise income and donor retention. Working closely with colleagues and partners, you’ll create engaging, seamless experiences for supporters across multiple channels and in global markets.

Main responsibilities

• Plan and manage high performing end-to-end digital fundraising campaigns across email, paid social, search, and display to meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets.

• Create and optimise digital content including email templates, landing pages and paid ads.

• Write compelling fundraising copy tailored for diverse audiences and channels.

• Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and inform optimisation decisions.

• Support A/B and multivariate testing and implement improvements to enhance performance.

• Collaborate with global teams to integrate digital and offline activity for a consistent supporter experience.

• Produce clear, actionable reports and share insights to drive continuous improvement.

About you 

As the ideal candidate, you will bring a blend of creativity, analytical thinking and strong organisational skills. You’ll have experience managing digital fundraising or marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll be confident writing compelling fundraising asks, collaborating with colleagues and partners and balancing attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Jobholder Requirements

 Essential:

• Experience delivering digital campaigns or projects that drive income or conversion, including setup, monitoring and reporting.

• Solid foundation in digital marketing and fundraising across channels (e.g., CMS, email marketing, paid and organic social media, search and display advertising) and with analytics tools such as GA4.

• Strong copywriting and editing skills for fundraising content across email, web and paid channels.

• Ability to interpret performance data, track KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements.

• Familiarity with testing and optimisation principles (e.g., A/B testing, iterative improvements).

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple work streams effectively.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for engaging diverse audiences and collaborating across teams.

• Excellent attention to detail combined with a creative, problem-solving approach.

The Role

This new role of Fundraising Manager is a key part of the ongoing work to implement the Cathedral’s strategic plan. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the role will be vital in securing sustainable funds to support the Cathedral’s ambitious plans for growth. Main responsibilities include:

• Creating and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy
• Leading and developing the existing Patrons Programme

The Person

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies that deliver financial growth. You will have experience in one or more of the following income streams; Trust and Foundations, Major Donor/ Patrons and/or Legacy Fundraising. You should be experienced in working to targets and managing budgets and possess a sound knowledge of fundraising regulations and legislation and GDPR.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You should also be able to write compelling communications, including applications and proposals.

About the role

As Fundraising Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting RFUK’s income generation and donor engagement strategies. Working closely with the Senior Fundraising Coordinator, you’ll contribute to a range of activities—from researching trusts and foundations, assisting with grant applications, and managing donor care, to supporting events like the London Marathon and helping implement our digital engagement strategy.

What we're building

Every year, 3,000+ swimmers take on some of the UK's most iconic open water challenges, including the Dart10k, Bantham Swoosh and The Hurly Burly along with our growing series of 24-hour Wild Swim Relays. They swim so that disabled kids who need it most can get life-changing swimming lessons.

Last year, these swimmers raised over £1m. This year, we want to double it. And we need someone who can help us get there.

We're Level Water, a founder-led charity solving learn-to-swim for disabled children. We're not your typical charity. We own the events and run them like a business.  We move fast, test everything, and we're building something that doesn't exist anywhere else.

We've just brought in a new Fundraising Director, and this role is a cornerstone of the team we're building. If you want to help define how a modern charity does supporter care, this is your chance.

The opportunity

This isn't a "send some emails and answer some queries" role. This is a "build something and make it brilliant" role.

You'll own the entire experience for our 3,000 swimmers from the moment they sign up, through their training and fundraising journey, to the event itself (yes, you'll be there), and beyond. You'll design the journey, execute it, measure it, improve it, and scale it.

You'll have the freedom to experiment. Want to test a new communication sequence? Build a WhatsApp community? Launch a training programme? Run in-person meet ups? Create a membership product? Brilliant, build the business case and let's do it.

You'll work with real people who are doing something remarkable. You'll get to know them, thank them, support them, and help them raise more money than they thought possible. And you'll do it in a way that makes them want to come back year after year.

You'll also work closely with our Fundraising Director, Events and Marketing teams to turn our swimmers into our best marketing channel, because the people who've experienced our events are the ones who'll bring their friends next year.

What you'll actually do

This role owns the supporter experience as a growth engine. You’ll set strategy, drive innovation, and be accountable for how supporter care translates into income, retention and long-term loyalty. You’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape priorities, influence decisions, and build something that scales - not just for this year’s events, but for the future of Level Water.

Build relationships that matter

• Get to know our swimmers. Design the experience. Call them. Thank them. Make them feel valued.

• Be there at events throughout the summer meeting people, creating unforgettable experiences, and giving them reasons to come back.

• Deliver the personal touches that deepen connections: handwritten cards, phone calls, training tips, impact updates, recognition, celebration.

Design and optimise the supporter journey

• Own the end-to-end experience: from sign-up emails to post-event stewardship.

• Map out communications across our events portfolio throughout the year and execute them brilliantly.

• Use data to spot opportunities; where are people dropping off? Where can we increase average fundraising? What messages work best?

• Test everything. Buttons, subject lines, timing, tone obsess over the details that drive results.

Identify and unlock growth opportunities

• Spot the swimmers who could become major donors, corporate partners, or monthly givers and move them along that journey.

• Cross-sell and upsell: if someone's just completed their first challenge, how do we make them another offer that they can’t refuse? 

Track, report, and improve

• Keep our CRM up to date and use it intelligently.

• Report regularly on what's working and what's not: fundraising targets, engagement metrics, retention rates.

• Stay ahead of the curve: what are the best organisations doing? What can we learn and adapt?

We’re hiring a Fundraising Officer at WeSwim, this is a relationship-led fundraising role with real ownership and influence.

At WeSwim, we support disabled adults to swim in welcoming, inclusive volunteer run clubs across London. For many of our swimmers, the water offers a new freedom, easing pain, building confidence, and opening up new ways to move and connect. Our work is powered by community, care and people who believe swimming should be accessible to everyone.

We’re now looking for a Fundraising Officer to lead our community fundraising and individual giving efforts and help shape the future of WeSwim’s income.

We already have a strong community of swimmers and volunteers who care deeply about WeSwim. In this role, you’ll work with the community to create more fundraising activitym supporting our members to fundraise in ways that feel achievable, inclusive and meaningful. You’ll be the main point of contact for community fundraisers, creating simple tools and resources that help people feel confident getting involved.

You’ll also work closely with the CEO to develop and grow WeSwim’s individual giving and monthly donations, helping to transform our mix of income over time. 

You’ll build thoughtful supporter journeys, create simple and engaging fundraising resources, and help deliver campaigns that clearly show the impact of WeSwim’s work. No two weeks will look the same, but every week will be purposeful and people-centred.

This is a part-time role (15 hours per week) with a high level of trust, autonomy and collaboration. It’s ideal for a proactive fundraiser who enjoys building relationships, thinking creatively and taking ownership. Someone who wants to be close to the ground and see their work make a tangible difference in a small charity.

Every strong supporter relationship you build will help to keep our clubs running, welcomes new swimmers into the water, and strengthens the community that makes WeSwim possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Fundraising

• Inspire & support individuals and groups to run their own fundraising activities (e.g., bake sales, swim challenges, quiz nights).
• Act as the primary contact for all community fundraisers, including swimmers, volunteers, supporters, and local groups.
• Develop accessible fundraising resources and an annual plan of community fundraising activities, moments and campaigns.

Individual Giving & Monthly Donations

• Lead the development and growth of WeSwim’s monthly giving programme.
• Deliver a high-quality stewardship programme for individual donors including welcome and impact communications.
• Use data to track donor retention, upgrade opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Campaigns, Communications & Community Engagement

• Plan and deliver key fundraising campaigns (e.g. Christmas Appeal, Giving Tuesday).
• Create engaging fundraising content and stories across email, social media, the website and fundraising platforms.
• Build relationships with community groups and partners, representing WeSwim at relevant events.

Systems, Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate fundraising records and supporter data.
• Monitor fundraising performance and produce reports and insights.
• Contribute to improving fundraising systems and digital tools.

We are seeking a Supporter Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in creating and nurturing meaningful connections that make Spurgeons' frontline services possible. Through building strong relationships with individuals, churches, and community partners, you'll inspire generosity and collaboration that lead to lasting impact.

As a member of the fundraising management team, you'll contribute to shaping and delivering the Fundraising and Engagement strategy while providing leadership and development for the Supporter Engagement Lead. You'll lead the implementation of Individual Giving and Church Engagement strategies to achieve agreed KPIs for income growth and supporter retention, while managing operational delivery of fundraising processes including supporter-centric donation platforms, thanking, banking, and Gift Aid compliance.

Working in collaboration with the wider team and marketing manager, you'll develop and deliver an annual programme of donor acquisition campaigns and donor-led appeals. You'll build and grow the Spurgeons Church Network, oversee the creation of resources and organisation of events to equip churches for prayer, giving, and community engagement, and research church denominations and networks to inform engagement activities. Managing budgets and reporting for individual and church engagement activity, you'll ensure cost-effective delivery and clear ROI.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

• Track record in fundraising and supporter engagement, delivering measurable income and retention growth
• Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies, donor journeys and stewardship programmes
• Managing campaigns and appeals from planning to evaluation, using CRM systems to track KPIs and donor trends
• Strong understanding of individual giving, donor acquisition, retention and stewardship.

By month 3, you'll have audited current Individual Giving and Church engagement processes, delivered your first supporter email, and developed a 12-month roadmap for Individual Giving, Church engagement, and events. By month 6, you'll have launched the annual Christmas appeal and one community fundraising initiative, developed the regular giving programme and church engagement resources, and presented a 6-month review with data-driven recommendations. By month 12, you'll have fully embedded Individual Giving and Church engagement strategies, achieved agreed KPIs for income growth, and demonstrated improved donor retention through metrics.
