Our clients know us as ‘the trusted name in fundraising’ because we deliver transformational results while strengthening the teams behind them. At Royal Trinity Hospice, the Compton team works as one integrated fundraising team, combining strategic consultancy expertise with hands-on delivery.
ABOUT ROYAL TRINITY HOSPICE
Royal Trinity Hospice is the UK’s oldest hospice, providing expert, compassionate care to a community of approximately 950,000 people across central and south-west London. Trinity delivers specialist end-of-life and palliative care at the hospice and in the community, alongside vital support and counselling for patients’ families and friends.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Individual giving is central to Trinity’s fundraising success, already generating approximately £500,000 each year. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and insight-led fundraiser to build on a strong foundation, accelerate sustainable net income growth and inspire deeper, longer-lasting supporter relationships.
You will lead the development and delivery of Trinity’s individual giving strategy, spanning direct marketing appeals and regular giving. With the scope to shape priorities and drive performance, you will manage budgets and forecasts, turn data and insight into action, and deliver integrated campaigns across direct mail, digital and other appropriate channels.
Combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, you will work closely with the Head of Fundraising and the Director of Fundraising.
You will manage and develop the Individual Giving Executive, bring together colleagues across Fundraising, Communications and Marketing, and build productive relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
You will also be part of Compton’s wider consultancy team, with opportunities to share your expertise through individual giving reviews, benchmarking exercises and projects for other Compton clients—broadening your impact and professional experience.
