The responsibilities of the Senior Systems Accountant will include:

• Systems administration and maintenance for Microsoft Business Central, Proactis, Horizon and Power BI.
• Act as a finance system expert to manage and resolve day to day queries and issues occurring on the finance systems, and communicating with users.
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day task direction to junior team members.
• Quality assure finance system inputs and output, monitor system integrations, and lead on resolving any problems that occur.
• Build, test and maintain finance system reports.
• Lead specific finance system improvements, systemising currently manual processes, and assist with finance system testing.
• Lead specific finance systems and process training to colleagues across the GPA.
• The post holder may be required to undertake additional responsibilities as expected in relation to the role and grade.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Ideally, AAT Qualified, or working towards CCAB qualification.

• Experience of using financial systems in an admin capacity, ideally Business Central, Proactis or Horizon, and have a working knowledge of finance integrations.
• Highly IT literate and experienced at using multiple software tools, including Power BI, Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• A good understanding of financial processes and terminology, preferably in a public sector environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Main Role & Responsibilities

The post holder will be an active member of Ygam’s Programmes Team, with a primary focus on gaming, esports and new and emerging digital harms affecting children and young people.

They will lead on the delivery and development of gaming‑focused and wider digital harms education, including alumni activity, stakeholder engagement and programme growth. The role will support professionals, parents, carers and young people to understand and prevent harm related to gaming, online environments and related digital behaviours.

The post holder will be responsible for recruiting, engaging and supporting stakeholders into Ygam’s gaming and digital harms programmes, promoting Ygam training, and maintaining strong long‑term relationships. This includes recruiting suitable delegates from education, youth services and other frontline sectors.

They will deliver high‑quality training and assured workshops (online and face‑to‑face) focused on gaming, esports and digital harms, and represent Ygam at conferences, events and sector forums.

The role involves ongoing support to organisations, schools and youth settings to embed Ygam’s resources in their practice. Regular visits to schools and organisations are a core requirement. The post holder will also gather and record data to help Ygam evidence the impact of our gaming and digital harms prevention work.

Role Requirements 

Planning & Stakeholder Engagement 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across education, youth services, community organisations and digital sectors. 

• Lead the recruitment of delegates to Ygam’s gaming, esports and digital harms programmes. 

• Promote Ygam’s training and resources to organisations, ensuring clear understanding of programme content, outcomes and long‑term support. 

• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of stakeholders and delegates to ensure workshops are consistently well attended. 

• Understand stakeholder needs and tailor information and support accordingly. 

• Identify and attend relevant gaming, esports, digital safety and education conferences, seminars and events. 

• Signpost organisations and families to Ygam’s Parent / Family Hub to increase awareness of gaming and digital harms. 

• Work closely with the Programme Lead: Delivery and Outcomes to set objectives, review performance and contribute to programme development. 

Delivery 

• Deliver Ygam’s portfolio of programmes with a focus on gaming, esports and digital harms workshops online and face to face. 

• Deliver workshops directly to children and young people in education and non‑education settings, ensuring content is age‑appropriate and engaging. 

• Provide high‑quality training to professionals working with children and young people, in line with Ygam’s Quality Assurance processes. 

• Deliver independently and as part of a team‑teach approach. 

• Respond to delegate questions with confidence, sensitivity and subject knowledge. 

• Promote Ygam’s complementary offers such as Alumni, Let’s Explore and other digital harms resources.

Role Purpose

The Mentor Administrator will work with the mentoring team, as well as in partnership with local NHS services and local patient/family support groups, providing various administrative support tasks to ensure the delivery and smooth running of the Children and Young Adults Peer Mentoring programme. The post will be managed by the North-West and South Yorkshire Programme Manager. The post holder will have regular meetings for input and guidance to complete tasks to specified timelines. This role would suit an experienced administrator.

At Yeldall Manor, we have been helping men overcome drug and alcohol addiction for 50 years through our residential rehabilitation programme and Christian recovery community. We are looking for a commited Christian to join our Recovery Coordination Team as an organised and proactive Admissions Coordinator. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, commissioners, families and referring agencies, you will play a vital role in ensuring that individuals receive a professional, welcoming and supportive experience from their first enquiry through to admission.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, experience working with vulnerable adults or within health and social care settings, and a passion for helping people begin their recovery journey.

What will you do?

• Manage enquiries from prospective residents, families, commissioners, healthcare professionals and referral agencies.

The Welfare Advisor works within the holistic rehabilitation model of Freedom from Torture and provides welfare advice and advocacy to our clients, forming part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will receive, process and manage welfare referrals, and act as a point of contact on welfare issues primarily for the Manchester centre, and to a smaller degree, the​​ Scotland Centre.

This role requires careful and sensitive delivery of complex welfare information and advice, often to very vulnerable clients. OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Royal Ballet School is a global centre for performance excellence. Its dual mission is to nurture the best ballet dancers for the main stages of the world and assure the future of classical dance art form. With 90% of our students relying on financial support to attend, philanthropy is fundamental to ensuring the School remains accessible to exceptional talent, regardless of financial circumstances. Through exceptional stewardship of existing supporters and the successful cultivation of new funding partnerships, this role will play a vital part in securing the School's future and enabling the next generation of outstanding dancers to realise their potential. 

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As an integral member of the Development Team, the Development Manager will support the growth of our trust and foundation partnerships to fund a number of our core annual programme areas (Student Bursaries, Healthcare, Facilities etc) as well as new projects. The Manager will also lead on research and funding applications to trusts and foundations, while also delivering quality impact reporting across the School’s work.

CONTRACT TERMS

Duration: Fixed-term maternity cover (approximately 12 months) from October 2026

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with flexible hybrid working

Location: Upper School, Covent Garden, WC2E 9DA, with the option to discuss remote work

Salary: £45,000 per annum

MAIN DUTIES

SUPPORTING EXISTING DONOR RELATIONSHIPS

• Maximise income from existing trust and foundation funders by building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring agreed donor retention and income targets are achieved across designated projects and programme areas
• Steward trust, foundation and corporate funders already or capable of contributing over £100,000 per year by producing high-quality, timely and compelling reports, funding proposals and thank-you communications
• Collaborate with the Development Team to deliver effective donor stewardship through events, communications and year-round engagement activities that strengthen relationships with funders and other key stakeholders.

DEVELOPING NEW DONOR RELATIONSHIPS

• Support members of the Development Team and Centenary working committee, to identify, engage and deliver excellent income and impact for the School
• Work with the Head of Development to research, write and present attractive and compelling fundraising applications and proposals to trusts and companies for core programmes
• Engage key prospect targets through effective and appropriate verbal and written communication. This may range from sharing curated content and short case-studies to producing in-depth project proposals that include detailed financial data and research findings.
• Lead on the creation of Impact data, end of year reporting for core programme outputs and outcomes (showcasing Healthcare, Academic and Artistic performance and more), while ensuring links back to the case for support and the School’s strategic objectives as originally stated. 

WORKING ACROSS INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS AND TEAMS

• Contribute to forecasting and regular reporting, internal planning and budget setting and producing verbal and written reports for senior management as required
• Liaise with relevant departments across the School to gather information for applications and reporting
• Produce and submit quality funding reports to meet deadlines, liaising with relevant teams to ensure funder requirements are met and the evidence base for funding is strengthened. Keep accurate and timely records of approaches, grant opportunities and funds received on our CRM.
• Play an active role within the fundraising team and contribute to the development and creation of strategies and campaigns to increase fundraising through all channels
• To maintain up-to-date knowledge of fundraising regulations, networks, and developments across the sector, advising on best practice in relation to Trusts fundraising.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential Criteria:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience securing and managing multi-year grants from trusts and foundations, including raising at least £50,000 annually from grant funders
• Demonstrable success in building and maintaining long-term relationships with trusts, foundations, funders and donors
• Experience researching prospective funders and developing compelling funding applications, reports, updates and other fundraising communications
• Proficient in using fundraising databases, such as Salesforce, to maintain accurate records and support donor management
• Ability to analyse and communicate complex information, data and organisational impact in a clear, persuasive and engaging way
• Strong understanding of fundraising best practice, current sector trends and impact measurement and evaluation
• Excellent IT, data management and administrative skills, with experience handling financial and confidential information

The Acquisition Marketing Manager attracts new UK supporters and generates income for Mary’s Meals’ school meals programme through effective and inspiring marketing across online and offline channels. This is a fast paced and hands on role for someone who loves to collaborate, problem solve and drive growth while keeping focused on our mission to feed hungry children. 

The role primarily raises income (but also awareness) through multi-channel marketing activity with a clear focus on maximising ROI and delivering supporter growth at scale. The focus of the role is on online marketing opportunities and includes managing our organic and paid social channels, overseeing social media influencer strategy and identifying emerging digital channels. The Manager works closely with the Mary’s Meals International team and its agency to deliver Google and Bing Paid Search, Google Grant, Display, and YouTube.

The role will also identify and manage the most effective offline marketing opportunities to maximise ROI from small budgets and pro bono opportunities, such as TV, Radio and OOH advertising. The Manager will ensure online and offline marketing opportunities complement each other (and link seamlessly to our retention strategies) as part of an integrated multi-channel marketing strategy.

The Acquisition Marketing Manager works side-by-side with colleagues from across the Supporter Experience and Communications directorate, ensuring a joined-up approach to all communications activities, through the integration of strong storytelling, marketing expertise and supporter engagement. The role has line management responsibility for the Acquisition Marketing Officer.

Key responsibilities include
