The Association for Mathematics in Education (AMiE) supports anyone involved in mathematics education through a wide range of resources, publications, CPD opportunities and events. CONTEXT & PURPOSE OF ROLE
SportsAid is currently implementing Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud as our new organisation-wide CRM platform to strengthen engagement with athletes and their parents/care-givers, supporters and funders, partners, alumni, volunteers and other key stakeholders. The Head of CRM will provide strategic and operational leadership for the charity’s CRM function.
Initially the focus of the role will be to realise the value of the implementation, including adoption, embedding ways of working and processes across teams, improving data quality, refining reporting, ensuring good system governance and optimising organisation-wide usage.
Longer term, the role will develop and lead a CRM roadmap, identifying priorities and enhancements for future development and planning the strategic evolution of our new CRM ecosystem and long-term sustainability of our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud platform.
You will lead organisational change, embed best practice CRM processes, ensure high-quality data governance and maximise the value of CRM insights to support fundraising, programme delivery, marketing, partnerships and impact reporting.

We’re looking for someone who is:

The Data Officer for our Finance and Data team will play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely data flows into Dynamics CRM and other platforms, supporting Fundraising, Marketing and Communications colleagues to make informed decisions, run effective campaigns and deliver brilliant experiences for our supporters.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data, problem‑solving, and improving processes to make a real impact across the charity.
You will be responsible for supporting data load tasks by running pre‑defined scripts and updating source files, while also monitoring routine ETL jobs to identify and escalate any failures or irregularities. It includes carrying out basic investigations into data issues and contributing to data cleansing and validation activities to maintain high data quality. You will ensure accurate and complete imports of data from a variety of income sources into our CRM and maintain clear documentation of data processes, helping to improve and streamline data workflows.
What you will be doing
· Support regular data imports and updates, following set processes.
· Monitor daily and weekly data jobs, flagging problems early and ensuring smooth data flows.
· Help maintain high-quality, reliable data through cleansing and validation work.
· Prepare data extracts and reports to support teams across the charity.
· Contribute to projects that improve data quality, standards and processes.
You are a purpose-driven individual with a genuine interest in data and an eagerness to learn. You have experience working with data in spreadsheets, databases or CRM systems and ideally some familiarity with Dynamics 365. You bring a methodical, detail‑focused approach to problem‑solving, good communication skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively across multiple tasks.

Performance Strategy and Insight Director
Contract type: Permanent, Full time, 35 Hours per week
Location: London, UK
Hybrid Working: A minimum of 40% (2 days) of working time is spent face to face, either in London office, or as a result of external engagement or travel for WaterAid. About the role
The Performance, Strategy and Insight Director plays a critical role in the strategic operation of the Communications and Fundraising Directorate, by driving data and insight led decision making, strategic direction setting, and smooth operational delivery ensuring we are working effectively and efficiently to drive greatest impact.
The role will ensure data and insight is put at the heart of our work, by leading strong and effective CRM and data analytics functions, and that teams across the directorate are supported with clear directorate wide plans and strategy.
To be successful, you will need:
Passionate about ending poverty and want to be a part of making it happen, with commitment to WaterAid’s mission and values, and a working style that reflects these;

Experience of working within or with Senior Leadership Teams and influencing at an Executive Leadership level
Extensive experience of working in CRM systems (and the associated data pipelines and third-party integrations), data, insight, strategy and planning - successfully leading high calibre teams focussed on providing strategic direction and driving performance
Experience managing technology providers and delivery partners, including setting direction, overseeing performance and value for money, and shaping effective long-term supplier relationships.
Proven experience of being accountable for data quality and ensuring high standards are maintained and represented within wider organisational data governance.
