Youth Employment Hub Manager

This role you will be ensure the Hub provides access to education, training and skills development opportunities, including a structured programme of activities that builds confidence and skills, raises awareness of career pathways (including vocational routes, apprenticeships and traineeships), and links closely and signposts to relevant training, accredited and non-accredited provision.
Act as the primary point of contact for DWP Work Coaches, and lead engagement and co-ordination of delivery partners and employer using the Hub.
Manage day-to-day operational performance and provide regular reporting to DWP.
All appointees will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check.
