As Senior Manager, Individual Giving, you'll lead the development and delivery of an ambitious strategy that grows sustainable income through inspiring campaigns, appeals and supporter experiences. You'll lead a talented, high-performing team, build a culture where people can thrive and work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise impact.
You'll bring substantial experience of leading a successful Individual Giving programme, with expertise across acquisition, retention and supporter development. You'll have a strong track record of delivering sustainable income growth through multi-channel campaigns, developing long-term strategies and managing significant budgets. You'll understand what motivates supporters and know how to create engaging experiences that build loyalty and lifetime value.
We're looking for an experienced and confident leader who knows how to build high-performing teams. You'll have a track record of creating an inclusive, positive team culture where people feel supported, motivated and empowered to achieve ambitious goals. You'll be comfortable leading through change, bringing people with you and helping teams adapt, grow and succeed during a period of transformation.
You'll be a collaborative and credible senior manager, able to build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners. You'll be confident challenging constructively, influencing senior stakeholders and working alongside fellow leaders to deliver shared objectives. You'll bring fresh thinking, encourage innovation and use insight and data to identify new opportunities and continuously improve performance.
Most importantly, you'll be motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting difference for families affected by dementia. If you're an ambitious and collaborative leader who wants to shape the future of Individual Giving at a growing national charity, we'd love to hear from you.
