About the Role
The Events & Community Fundraising Manager is an integral part of our ambitious and forward-thinking Fundraising & Communications team.
This postholder will deliver The Connection at St Martin’s Events and Community Fundraising activity. They will line manage the Events & Community Fundraising Assistant, with a particular focus on their work on our annual Pilgrimage event. They will work in conjunction with the Director of Fundraising & Communications to develop and implement an action plan for these important functions.
This role will develop, manage and grow an enthusiastic and motivated team of challenge event participants, pioneer our involvement in the collaborative London Walk event, lead on our emerging Special Events programme, and identify new opportunities and networks for our Community Fundraising remit.
This role requires someone with a strong track record in Events and Community Fundraising, with a solutions-focussed mindset. They will need experience in translating sector best practice into action, and to be excited at the prospect of innovating and pursuing new Events and Community Fundraising opportunities for the organisation.
Salary: £41,599 - £45,097 (scale points 26-30)

What does this role do?

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role
The Web and Email Manager will lead our digital presence across web, email, SEO, and paid search, crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with 18-24 year olds and inspire them to take action.

Create and optimise landing pages and new web content, informed by SEO research and best practices, to enhance visibility, user experience, and performance across digital channels.

Main Purpose of the Role
The Fundraising and Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Reef-World’s mission to protect and sustainably manage coral reefs and coastal ecosystems worldwide. This hands-on, senior position combines leadership of the charity’s fundraising and communications function with strategic oversight, ensuring that Reef-World maximises its global reach, secures sustainable income, and delivers compelling, mission-aligned messaging across all channels. This position reports directly to the Directors.
You will lead the development and delivery of income generation strategies while overseeing multi-channel communications, digital engagement, media relations, and brand stewardship. You will manage a small, dynamic team of staff, consultants, and volunteers, coordinating resources to support programme delivery and ensuring high-quality outputs that enhance both conservation impact and fundraising success.
You will join a remote, globally distributed, and diverse team, collaborating across multiple countries and cultures to advance Reef-World’s mission. You will be given autonomy to lead the fundraising activities of the organisation and will be encouraged to try new things and take ownership of the fundraising portfolio as a whole. Our Fundraising Landscape
We have had steady year-on-year growth in income since we were founded, with a shortfall recorded last year. The shortfall in income for the last financial year is down to our main donor, the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) not being able to provide funds due to the global economic and political climate. This grant source is naturally very unpredictable in nature, however, we had previously successfully secured a year-on-year budget from UNEP since 2009. You can see our financial history on our Charity Commission listing. Our financial year runs from June to May. For June 2024 to May 2025, our fundraising target is £425,000. We have secured £240,000 of this, and around a further £60,000 is unconfirmed but likely. However, we have previously successfully secured a year-on-year budget from UNEP since 2009.
So far in the current financial year, 65% of our income is grant income, corporate sector and commercial partnerships make up 17%, individual giving is 7%, and 11% of income comes from programme’s products and services.
This role is replacing a Development Manager who joined in March 2024 and created this as a new role. Through her leadership and guidance we have strong foundations across all fundraising streams to build on. We would like the post holder to maintain our excellent track record for grant funding while further establishing and growing new sources of income, especially unrestricted income. We’re open to exploring most kinds of income generation but are particularly interested in exploring corporate fundraising and major donor opportunities and have good foundations upon which to build here.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy and Leadership

About the role
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and highly organised Fundraising Officer to support our individual giving, community fundraising, and small trusts and foundations activities. We’re looking for someone who can:
- Guide effective development of digital systems, focusing on our website, CRM, and cybersecurity
- Support the Audit Committee in upholding strong digital governance
- Help us leverage AI tools responsibly and understand their regulatory implications
Your sound judgment, integrity, and commitment to accountability are essential as the Audit Committee ensures risks are managed, compliance is met, and the organisation performs financially and operationally at the highest level.
You’ll attend three half-day meetings a year, with preparation time, and receive £340 per meeting plus travel and expenses reimbursement. This is a two-year appointment commencing on 1 March 2026, with the possibility of an extension for a further two years.

The Deputy Marketing Director will raise awareness and consideration of the Tommy’s brand, bring more people to the charity for support and market the charity to target audiences, businesses and potential donors and fundraisers.

Marketing & Engagement directorate vision: To make Tommy’s unmissable as a household name and a fundraising cause. The directorate encompasses, Marketing, Communications and Campaigns, Public Fundraising and Digital and Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing team to deliver integrated brand and marketing campaigns that raise awareness of Tommy’s mission and impact through research and provision of support among the target audiences
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organisation’s mission and goal
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring clear messaging and impactful delivery
- Cultivate relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and support fundraising efforts
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment
- Use data and insight to understand audience, channels and brand and to guide the strategy, planning and execution
- Set and track marketing OKRs, KPIs and budgets, evaluating progress, performance and delivery
- Lead on content, audience and stories strategies
- Drive the digital marketing strategy, growing social media presence, optimising SEO, digital campaigns, SEM and website content
- Support our income and growth through promoting public fundraising activities and supporting corporate partnerships
Person Specification
- Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing leadership and brand development and engagement within the non-profit or charity sector
- Proven ability to develop impactful campaigns across digital, print, and media channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Commitment to the values of the organisation and a demonstrable interest in the pregnancy and baby sector
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and external partners

About the Role
As Individual Giving Fundraiser, you will:
- Deliver and continuously improve Raystede’s Individual Giving programme.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including regular giving, cash appeals, digital fundraising and stewardship journeys.
- Use data and insight to segment audiences, test approaches and optimise performance.
- Oversee supporter journeys to ensure communications are timely, engaging and emotionally compelling.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and external agencies to deliver joined-up campaigns.
- Produce campaign reports, forecasts and actionable insights to support income growth.
- Line-manage a small team, supporting their development and wellbeing.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity and analysis and thrives on delivering high-quality campaigns that inspire people to give.

- Experience in Individual Giving or fundraising/marketing campaign delivery.

- A compassionate, supporter-centred mindset and genuine interest in animal welfare.
Desirable:
- Experience of Regular Giving programmes, email marketing and digital fundraising.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets and reporting processes.
- Relevant fundraising or digital qualifications.
