The role
The Revalidation & Specialty Training Intern role is an opportunity for someone who thrives on a challenge, who is happiest when putting their excellent organisational and customer facing skills through their paces. Someone who is at their best working collaboratively with others.
They will play a dual supporting the delivery of key GMC-regulated services:
·Revalidation - All doctors wishing to maintain a licence to practise are required to demonstrate they are up to date and fit to practise. It also gives extra confidence to patients that their doctor is regularly checked. FPM is a designated body for the purposes of revalidation, and the team works with a Responsible Officer whose role is to make a revalidation recommendation to the GMC.
·Specialty Training - The Pharmaceutical Medicine Specialty Training programme, or PMST, is a comprehensive four-year specialty training programme, offered exclusively by FPM. It is a cornerstone of FPM’s commitment to equipping pharmaceutical physicians with the specialist knowledge and capabilities to practise to the highest ethical and professional standards.
The postholder will support FPM’s Revalidation Manager and Specialty Training Manager in delivering a high quality customer experience.
We are looking for a bright, dynamic self-starter who is a team player, organised and has good communication skills. The ideal candidate will bring great energy, diligence and attention to detail, and will be keen to make a positive contribution in all aspects of the role. Specific tasks include: acting as the first line of response for queries; supporting the registration of new connecting doctors and trainees; assisting with administration of meetings, including circulating meeting notices, agendas and packs and handling apologies; and maintaining accurate records. An understanding of professional development in a professional environment is not necessary. Full training will be given.
The successful applicant will join FPM’s team initially on a 12-month contract which could be made permanent.FPM offers a fantastic benefits package, including flexible working, 29 days annual leave, and Christmas closure days. A pension is offered after three months.The role is offered subject to successful completion of the six-month probation period.

About the role
Our Welfare Officers provide direct and impactful welfare support to RAF personnel and their immediate family. As a trusted and confidential source of support, you will assist our service users with challenges they are facing, from mental ill-health, difficult relationships, domestic abuse, financial and cost-of-living concerns, resettlement, housing, childcare, equality issues, bereavement, military discharge or deployment and many more - no day will be the same, as such this is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the Welfare sector.
Our intervention is provided with consent on a non-statutory basis, and you will work with and engage our service users to develop appropriate interventions for individual outcomes.
Our service is transitioning to become more accessible and inclusive, digital technology plays a key role in this, as such you will use digital technologies to complement and enhance processes and service user experience.
You will play an active role within the community, promoting the service through the delivery of presentations and representing the service at public engagement events. You will also work closely with RAF welfare teams, local authorities, health, education, civilian agencies, charities and other military organisations to ensure the best outcome for the service user.

Job Title: Partnerships & Growth Officer
Location: Remote (c. twice a month travel to London and other UK cities, with expenses reimbursed).
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9:00–18:00 with a one hour lunch break.
Weekend Work: 1–2 Saturdays per month (September to June), with time off in lieu.

The Role
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and relationship-driven Partnerships & Growth Officer to contribute to Bridging the Bar’s external income and growth activities. As Partnerships & Growth Officer, you will manage the delivery and renewal of our annual Partnership Cycle, cultivate major sponsorships, prepare award and grant applications, support the development of new income streams such as our accreditation scheme, high-value individual giving, and crowdfunding, and innovate novel initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and Programmes, as well as the wider Programmes team, to ensure high-quality delivery across all external commitments, seamless coordination, and effective communication of BTB’s outcomes and impact.

Key Responsibilities
Partnerships Cycle
Each year, Bridging the Bar works with a cohort of chambers and organisations who financially support our work through the Partnership Cycle. This cycle runs from April to April, with partners donating a set amount in return for formal recognition and a package of benefits delivered throughout the year. As the cycle progresses, you will be responsible for outreach and renewals, onboarding, benefit delivery, and ongoing relationship management.
As Partnerships & Growth Officer, you will be responsible for:

Researching and identifying potential partner organisations, and conducting proactive outreach to engage them in the Partnership Cycle

Renewing existing or recurring partnerships, ensuring positive and long-term relationships

Leading meetings and negotiations with potential or existing partners to secure onboarding to the current Partnerships Cycle

Overseeing the pilot of the accreditation scheme including; conducting meetings with pilot chambers, co-ordinating with consultants, ensuring deliverable are met, assisting with evaluation and refinement, supporting materials production

This role will support the Director of Internal Development & Culture with the implementation of plans and projects within StreetGames. The work of the role will be varied and include administrative support to the internal meeting approaches of the organisation, coordinating the delivery of internal communications and managing project work across the themed areas of responsibility held by the Director.
