Senior CRM Database Officer

Mencap have a fantastic opportunity in the CRM Database team.  We are looking for a Senior CRM Database Officer to work on BAU data process improvements, complex SQL selections, data imports and CRM training.  Mencap are seeking a highly skilled database professional who wants to join a vibrant and dynamic team that is passionate about making the UK the best place to live for people with a learning disability. This is an exciting time to join the team, as Mencap are currently in the early stages of a CRM Migration project, to transition from alms NET to Salesforce. 

As the Senior CRM Database Officer, you will combine your strong CRM technical and analytical skills with excellent communication skills to ensure that all our internal & external stakeholders are presented with accurate, accessible data.  You will work within the Fundraising Operations team (FrOps) providing quality CRM data related support and advice to Fundraising CRM users in line with team service levels and performance targets.  In this role, you will identify, implement and write up process improvements; develop & deliver complex data campaign mailing selections & analytics to Fundraising CRM system users for direct marketing purposes; provide support and cover for data import processes and deliver training and procedure guides.  You will also maintain and develop our CRM data systems, ensuring our data accuracy & integrity meets all Fundraising compliance standards. 

This is a permanent full-time role. We offer flexible working with at least one day per week (Tuesday) based in our London office near Aldgate East, Aldgate and Liverpool Street stations.

Your role

As Assistant Shop Manager at Scope's Sittingbourne shop, you’ll work alongside the Shop Manager, and use your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment. Our retail roles are full of variety, and every day is different! One day you might be be generating and processing stock and designing an eye-catching window display. The next day you might be recruiting and training our wonderful volunteers. Every day there will be a different challenge that you’ll find extremely rewarding. You may also deputise and be responsible for running the shop when the shop manager is absent. A great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as relevant experience.

About you

You’ll be a dedicated team player with a strong work ethic and committed to providing excellent customer service. You do not need specific retail experience. But we do ask that you are business minded and have worked in a fast paced, service environment where you put the customer’s needs first. About the role

At a time of growth and of new opportunities for the Motability Foundation, we are looking for a Public Affairs Manager to join our Communications Team and lead our Public Affairs activity for the organisation.

Our vision is to fund, support, research, and innovate, so all disabled people can make the journeys they choose. There are an estimated 16 million disabled people in the UK, and this role will play a crucial part in our work to raise awareness of the work of the Motability Foundation, amplify the voices of disabled people and to influence policy.

·This new role will work alongside our new Evidence and Policy Manager, based in our Innovation team, and other colleagues across the organization as well as key partners (Motability Operations), to manage our horizon scanning and monitoring of the political landscape, leading on advising our Governors, CEO and senior management team on actions we need to take, and preparing detailed briefings for engagements, and events with Parliamentarians and senior Ministers. The role holder will develop, implement and lead our Public Affairs and Government Engagement Plan, and proactively identify and develop opportunities to influence and shape policy where it may have a positive impact for disabled people.

With a General Election and potential welfare reform on the horizon, this role is especially important and experience in creating and implementing post-election public affairs strategies, leading activities across the team and devising and managing structured results reporting to the organisation, is highly desirable.

What you will be doing

• Develop, implement and manage our public affairs strategy, leading on public affairs activities aligned with the Motability Foundation’s vision and overall strategy.
• Amplify the Motability Foundation’s voice in Parliament, across the devolved nations, and in political spheres, building, developing and managing relationships with parliamentarians, decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage our horizon scanning and monitoring of the political, legislative and regulatory landscape in relation to the work of the Motability Foundation, leading on advising the business on actions we need to take.
• Provide sharp political intelligence, insight, advice and briefings for Governors, directors, senior management and a variety of audiences across the organization.

Your experience

Must haves:

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct experience of developing and submitting six figure plus proposals for Trusts Foundations, Statutory funders, or equivalent

Olallo House in central London offers accommodation and specialist support to street homeless men and women, victims of modern-day slavery or trafficking, and homeless patients undergoing TB treatment on discharge from hospital. 

We are looking to recruit a Service Manager to ensure that the people living within the service have their rights protected, are supported to achieve their life potential, and are included in making decisions about their lives at every available opportunity.

A core part of the role is to deliver exceptional day to day management and leadership to a team providing support to people who might have a Mental Health diagnosis, dual diagnosis who have experienced homelessness, TB or other complex health conditions. In addition, they may also have been part of the criminal justice system.

The Service Manager is responsible for maintaining regulatory and contractual requirements, whilst promoting outstanding practice, through leading by example.

Currently located in Central London this role will be responsible for further developing the service over the next 12 months to meet the needs of local authorities and ICBs. This may result in registration with the CQC if this requires the provision of regulated activities.

We provide autism training and best practice services and want all autistic people to have access to services and support that fully meet their needs. We provide diagnostic services, training, accreditation, consultancy and conferences, designed to support all professionals and organisations. 

Who we are looking for:

We are pleased to be able to offer an enthusiastic and experienced professional the opportunity to join our Evidence and Research Department. You will support the Head of Department in organisation wide strategic planning to ensure NAS outputs are evaluated using robust research methods that measure the impact of what we do.

You will manage researchers and be accountable for ensuring a consistent and quality assured approach to NAS evaluation research projects. We need someone who can ensure best practice research and evaluation methods are used in data collection, analysis and dissemination to co-produce impact reporting.  It will be essential that you support other NAS teams to use research and evaluation to measure the impact of their work and influence the future development of outputs and products.

Your focus will be to help to improve the quality of National Programmes and own services, and set standards for others by evaluating training, consultancy and accreditation products. You will directly manage a portfolio of evaluation research projects and coordinate the commissioning of individual projects to external evaluation partners, maintaining a schedule of work for next 3-5 years. 

This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

D&A are looking for someone to fill a key role within the organisation and work at the heart of the Business Development team. The ideal candidate will strategically identify potential leads, directly foster and secure large-scale partnerships to increase the reach of D&A's work, securing sales in agreed target areas and oversee business development pipelines from early-stage lead generation to managing opportunities through conversion into sales. This person will also evolve the workplace business development strategy in line with sector development leads and strategic opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Results-driven: proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets and objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals effectively
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to establish rapport with diverse stakeholders
