Following an organisational review, EMMS is creating a new Director of Fundraising role, separating fundraising and communications into two Director posts. The Director of Fundraising will:

• Lead the development of a diverse, sustainable fundraising strategy across multiple income streams (trusts and foundations, major donors, individual giving, community, corporates, legacies).

• Be hands-on in delivering this strategy, supported by an experienced Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy and a Stewardship Manager.

• Manage and grow relationships with donors and stakeholders, meeting ambitious income targets.

An experienced senior fundraiser with a strong track record of strategic income growth across multiple channels, excellent relationship-building skills, strong leadership and team management experience, and knowledge of the Scottish charity and fundraising landscape. Director of Communications – EMMS International (Remote, Scotland-based)

EMMS International is creating a new Director of Communications role following an organisational review, separating fundraising and communications into two Director posts. Reporting to and working closely with the CEO, the Director of Communications will lead all internal and external communications, raise the charity’s profile and influence, and provide strong strategic support to income-generating functions, especially fundraising. I am urgently seeking and Interim HR Advisor for a renowned Civil Service organisation based in Central London. This role is for an initial period of 3 to 6 months at a salary in the range of £34,608 to £42,955 per year on a fixed term basis and requires an ASAP start. This role will be based onsite 3 days per week with 2 days remote and will focus on clearing a backlog of fixed term contract redundancy processes.

The successful candidate will work within the HR Business Partnering team, processing redundancy cases, liaising with MyCSP, managing consultations with staff and trade unions, supporting programme directors and line managers, and ensuring all employment law requirements are met. The organisation is a highly unionised environment, so experience working collaboratively with trade union representatives is essential, preferably from a large public sector organisation.

About this key role
You will provide person-centred support to a caseload of service users who will either be serving community sentences or being released from prison. This will involve undertaking assessment and action planning with individual service users which will result in timely and prescribed outcomes being achieved, and creating a safe and trusting environment, using trauma informed practice to successfully facilitate a supportive and constructive relationship with service users. You will deliver a range of interventions to service users, including group work sessions where required, and work with service users flexibly, meeting and undertaking interventions in a range of prescribed locations across a wide geographical area.

Keychange is a Christian charity with over 100 years of experience supporting people facing vulnerability. Today, we provide specialist housing for women and young people experiencing homelessness, alongside residential care for older people across the South and Southwest of England.

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our specialist women’s homelessness service, Wayside Community in Reigate. This community is a 19 bed, 24-7 supported housing for women experiencing homelessness. About the Role
The Deputy Manager plays a key role in the leadership of Wayside Community, supporting the Women’s Homelessness Lead in the day-to-day running and development of the service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Women’s Homelessness Lead in Surrey in ensuring the smooth daily running of the Service at all times and deputising in her absence for all matters relating to the management of the Service.
• Ensure that Wayside Community complies with all statutory regulations relating to supported housing, health and safety, fire precautions etc.

Keychange is a Christian charity with over 100 years of experience supporting people facing vulnerability. Today, we provide specialist housing for women and young people experiencing homelessness, alongside residential care for older people across the South and South West of England.

We are now seeking an exceptional Women’s Homelessness Lead (Surrey) to shape and lead our specialist women’s homelessness service at Wayside Community in Reigate. This community is a 19 bed, 24-7 supported housing for women experiencing homelessness. This is a rare opportunity to combine frontline leadership, strategic development, and church and community partnership building in a role with real depth, influence and impact.

About the Role

• This is a leadership role with both operational and strategic responsibility. You will:
• Provide leadership and line management to the Deputy Manager, Senior Administrator and a skilled team of support workers
• Lead the delivery of trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centred support
• Develop strong partnership networks across local authorities, charities, housing providers and churches
• Shape the future of Keychange’s women’s homelessness strategy across Surrey
• Represent Keychange externally and explore opportunities for future service growth

Occupational Requirements

DARO exists to support this academic and student community by engaging, inspiring, and celebrating alumni, individuals, and charitable funders who give their money, time, and networks to support the University’s strategic priorities. The Office, which is comprised of five teams, is focused on fundraising and volunteering from alumni, organisations and individuals who are passionate about changing lives, through funding various research projects, supporting student bursaries, mentoring students, and providing internships, as well as providing a versatile programme of engagement opportunities for our global alumni community.

You will have experience of delivering against financial targets, along with the ability to translate complex information into a compelling ask in both verbal and written form. As a Charitable Funding Manager in DARO, you will be innovative, self-motivated, and take ownership of fundraising opportunities in this area. About the Role
As Finance Manager, you’ll oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong governance. You’ll manage budgets, forecasts, rent accounting, and reporting to the Board and funders. You’ll also lead a small finance team and collaborate closely with the Director and external accountants to improve systems and drive financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance: income, expenditure, reconciliations, and supplier payments.

• Support the production of management accounts, cashflow reports, and forecasts.

• Lead budgeting and support managers to monitor spending.

• Manage rent accounting, service charges, and housing benefit claims.

• Ensure compliance with Charity Commission, HMRC, Companies House, and funder requirements.

About You

• AAT Level 2 minimum or equivalent.

• At least 5 years’ charity finance management experience.

• Strong knowledge of Charity SORP, restricted/unrestricted funds, and financial compliance.

• Skilled in staff management and working with external finance providers.

• High attention to detail, organised, and confident working independently.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Events Fundraising Officer in our Fundraising team at St Joseph’s Hospice.

We are looking for an experienced Events Fundraiser to join our small but dynamic fundraising team. The role will be responsible for promoting and managing a mix of third party challenge events and bespoke events whilst providing excellent stewardship to our event fundraisers. 

Working with the Public Fundraising Manager, the post holder will implement a 5-year action plan to increase income, develop effective stewardship journeys and deliver a varied and successful events calendar.

About you

You will need:

• Experience of managing challenge events for a Charity
• Experience of managing campaign/activity budgets of approx. £40k per year
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and effectively manage workload to hit deadlines
