As Fundraiser (Lead Generator), you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by identifying and cultivating potential donors and supporters. Working as part of a highly effective team within a fast-paced environment, the Fundraiser (Lead Generator) will cultivate relationships in the coordination of imaginative and effective fundraising campaigns.
Whilst this position is home-based, it is largely normal office hours, although work outside these times will be required (e.g. relating to stunts, press conferences, talks and events). Time off in lieu will be given as appropriate.
The role will involve:
Lead Generation:
• Develop and implement target-led strategies to identify and engage potential donors
• Utilise various channels, such as Engaging Networks and social media platforms to generate leads and expand our supporter base substantially in 2024

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospective donors, understanding their interests and motivations for supporting animal rights

This is a new role for the Circuit, replacing a volunteer. In designing the position, the Circuit has aimed for maximum flexibility to secure the best candidate for the role. Initially, the person will need physically to attend some meetings to familiarise themselves with the Circuit's operations and ensure a smooth hand-over. For the right person, though, there will be considerable flexibility about how the duties are fulfilled in the longer-term. It is specifically expected that the role will allow for flexible scheduling to accommodate other responsibilities, including caring.
The Richmond & Hounslow Circuit comprises seven churches in southwest London. As with all Methodist circuits, these churches function autonomously yet collaborate closely in their ministry and mission efforts. The Circuit oversees joint resources, including staff and property. Presently, it employs four full-time ordained ministers, one full-time lay pastor, and a part-time administrator. As a part of the Methodist Church, its mission is “to respond to the gospel of God’s love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission”. Head to Toe, the charity of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT), has been awarded a 3-year grant to support patients receiving end of life care. Based in one of our hubs (Ely, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Peterborough) with regular travel across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum/pro rata
25 - 30 hours per week
Centre 33 is an ambitious and growing charity based across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We offer a range of high-quality services to young people aged up to 25, including information and support on a “drop in” basis, mental health services, counselling, housing and financial advice, sexual health support and support for young carers.
We are looking to recruit an Administration and Facilities Manager, who will ensure the smooth running of all administrative systems and facilities, to provide our staff with a safe and pleasant working environment.
This person will work closely with the Head of Operation to cover our legal obligations with regards to health and safety, hold high standards for environmental practice and be budget conscious. As well as working within the Senior Management Team to achieve the organisations long-term goals.
You will also be an exemplar of our relevant policies, compliance, standards and values and to help build a team culture.
A driving license and use of a car is essential for this post.

Hours: 35 hours per week FTE, we will consider flexible hours & 3 or 4 day week working.
Place of work: Remote/Hybrid.
Please note that the role will require some attendance at face-to-face meetings in either the Scottish parliament or Northern Ireland Assembly and therefore applications are welcomed from people living in, or with easy access to, Edinburgh or Belfast. You will also be required to attend our Hatfield Office for a minimum of 4 (all staff) days annually.

The role

At Crohn’s & Colitis UK, we are seeking a dedicated Policy Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping our policy and public affairs initiatives in alignment with our strategic objectives and UK-wide influencing priorities. As a Policy Lead, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our policy and public affairs engagement plans that ensure a strong and influential voice for individuals affected by Crohn’s and Colitis.
Working closely with the Head of Policy and Campaigns and the Policy Manager, you will actively engage in effective policy development and advocacy efforts, making a tangible difference in the lives of thousands of people across the UK. Join our team and be a driving force in creating positive change for those impacted by these conditions.
This role will require some attendance at Scottish Parliament, or Northern Ireland Assembly and other Government offices for face-to-face meetings.

- develop and deliver evidence-based policy initiatives to transform services
- build and maintain relationships with decision makers across Scotland and Northern Ireland
- communicate with them succinctly and effectively to amplify our voice
- keep track of policy developments in Scotland and Northern Ireland
- use your knowledge of health policy and build networks to change systems.
