We are looking to recruit a Corporate and Partnerships Fundraiser to raise the profile and awareness of CamSight and increase income through developing and securing a range of funding streams including Corporates and their employees whilst developing new relationships and partnerships. The post holder will help to develop and ensure the effective delivery of the corporate and partnerships fundraising strategy to generate sustainable income from new and existing partnerships.
The role will help grow our portfolio of partnerships, working collaboratively to explore ideas and launch new initiatives to help us achieve our mission. The role plays an important part in helping us to meet our fundraising targets and increasing participation and engagement in our fundraising activities.

- Grow our annual and long-term funding.

About the Role
As Senior Stewardship and Events Manager, you will be leading on the creation of ambitious funding propositions which will be attractive to high value donors and funders, working with key stakeholders from across the organisation to fully understand our existing services and transformational projects; translating complex information into compelling cases for support to be used by our High Value Partnerships team in funding applications, pitches and proposals. You will work closely with Recovery Services, Data and Insights and Finance teams to ensure all relevant information is gathered and reporting and evaluation processes are in place.
Working with your team and the wider High Value Partnerships team you will develop a special events programme to support engagement and fundraising, as well as leading on the development of developing engaging and relevant donor and prospect communications. We're looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Data and IT team. The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of assigned IT projects within the charity. You'll be responsible for managing the project team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards. You'll serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. About You:
You will have experience of training and presenting as well as supporting Face to Face campaigns ideally within a third sector fundraising role. Key to this role will be the ability to build, manage and develop relationships.

About The Role
- Provide continual training and compliance monitoring support to our Face to Face partners in the execution of all door, private Sites and events fundraising, this includes leading on developing new opportunities in conjunction with St John events.
- Oversee and collaboratively work with our Telephone Fundraising partners on their training and compliance of all deliverables such as welcome calls, upgrades, reactivations and other fundraising campaigns – includes caller listening
- Oversee regular audits of agents, to monitor against key auditory compliance and performance metrics.
- Manage relationships with our Face to Face partners with training, development and materials, and performance reviews. Monitoring various forms or training and reviewing inductions in line with our agreed contract.
- Build a strong knowledge of all areas of St John Ambulance’s work, carrying out continual research and gathering information, case studies and photos for use in training booklets, scripts and materials. Where appropriate, to liaise with external agencies such as designers and copywriters.

Based within the Development Team you will look to identify funding opportunities to secure funds to ensure the Hospice successfully achieves its objectives and development plan.
