Role details: Full-time (30–37.5 hrs available) | £24,784–£28,734pa | Home-based, equipment supplied | 27 days leave + Christmas Eve, rising to 31 max | Now Pensions | EAP with Health Assured | Permanent, subject to probation.
You'll support volunteer facilitators and partners to grow SMART Recovery meetings across the South of England (excluding London), making our 4-Point Programme(s) more accessible to people managing addictive behaviour(s):
- South East: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, West Sussex
- South West: Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Swindon, Wiltshire
Applicants must reside in the South of England, excluding London.
Job share considered: One employee can cover both regions, but we're open to a job share, i.e. one person for the South East 3 days per week, another for the South West. If full-time or dual-region work isn't feasible, please still apply.
What you'll need:
- Hands-on experience facilitating groups/meetings and an understanding of great facilitation.
- General awareness of addiction recovery and/or our 4-Point Programme(s); being a qualified SMART Recovery or SMART Family & Friends Facilitator, or former participant, is an advantage.
- Ability to bring people together, champion our mission, and create a safe, empowering space for growth and recovery.
- Strong presentation skills that engage, inspire, and inform, with volunteers, via Zoom training, or partners.
- Willingness to grow our footprint, diversify partnerships, and encourage uptake, including representing UKSR at events and conferences.
- Ability to work autonomously to a high standard.
- Stable internet connection and dedicated work space.
- Valid UK driving licence and a car for regular regional travel.

Essential experience:
- Working with individuals/professionals in a relevant sector (addiction services, behaviour change, wellness, mental health).

You'll also contribute to key projects shaping SMART Recovery's future, so project management skills are required Particular interest in training and programme quality, volunteer management, social media/marketing, or business development can be developed as part of your role.
As a home-based role, you'll build meaningful relationships remotely, via email, phone, and video calls, bringing energy and adaptability to make remote working feel personal and productive. Regular travel across your region(s) is essential, visiting meetings and partners and supporting facilitators.
It is essential that you live in the South of England (excluding London).

About the Role:
As a Supported Housing Worker within the Connect Wiltshire service, you’ll provide person-centred, high-quality support and housing management to single homeless clients with low to medium support needs, living in designated properties. What You’ll Be Doing:

The Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space (MHCBS) team at Toynbee Hall is part of a national initiative launched in partnership with We Are Group and The Kaleidoscope Plus Group, funded by the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS). This service provides individuals undergoing mental health crisis treatment with temporary protection from debt collection activities, allowing them a “breathing space” to focus on their recovery without the immediate pressures of financial obligations. Scope of the Role
The Administration Coordinator provides crucial support to the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space (MHCBS) team by managing administrative processes efficiently. The role focuses on handling key back-office tasks that enable the team to deliver timely and accurate support to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate team inboxes and triage emails to appropriate team members or stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses within SLAs – handling routine enquiries as standard and more complex enquiries as directed.
- Coordinate team tasks in AdvicePro, resolving issues, issuing or preparing correspondence, and highlighting urgent or non-standard cases for direction and resolution.
- Ensure CRM is maintained with accurate client and case information, running reports for management to review cases, prepare MI returns and support invoicing routines.
- Resolve or triage enquiries via the Insolvency Service portal, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Process incoming MHCBS applications and handle scheme closures using standard operating procedures, escalating non-standard issues or cases for direction and resolving issues.
- Support accurate reporting by ensuring high data integrity and flagging inconsistencies.
- Coordinate administrative needs for team meetings, external engagements, and cross-agency communication.

Role Purpose
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in growing Honeypot’s reach, engagement and impact through creative, insight-led and effective digital marketing.

Advice & Information Helpline Worker (Mental Health)

The Helpline is open 7 days per week with a rolling rota consisting of shifts from 9am to 5pm and 3pm to 11pm, including weekends. Please note that this is an on-site role at the specified location. Remote working is not available for this position.
Our client is a leading provider of mental health services in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
As a Helpline Worker, you will be providing support for those experiencing mental health difficulties through our clients helpline service. The helpline supports people living in the Birmingham and Solihull area.
The support offered will include (but is not exclusive to), receiving calls, emails and webchat from people who may be experiencing crisis, people looking for more general assistance and information about services, carers looking for advice and services, and other community support services. You will provide appropriate referrals and signposting information about our clients services and external partner agencies.

The helpline is a 7 day a week service from 9am -5pm and 3pm -11pm. Under the direction of the service manager, you will support the running of the service in line with contractual requirements, our clients Vision and Values, its operating Policy and Procedures, and any relevant legal requirements.
You will have at least 6 months’ experience in the mental health field, with experience of supporting people to be in control of their lives.
