Role Summary
The Resources Coordinator role sits within the learning content creation team, which is responsible for the devising, commissioning and delivering of high quality, film-focused learning opportunities. These include the production of resources and online courses for teachers and their learners which are made available on our website, Into Film+ (our video-on-demand platform) and on our learning platform.
Main Responsibilities
- To produce high quality, exciting and engaging resources for educators and young people, including commercial resources for film industry clients.
- To contribute to the planning and evaluation of resources within our three key areas of work: Teaching with Film, Careers and Progression, and Filmmaking
- To project manage the resource process from initiation to publication or delivery.
- To assist the corporate partnerships team by contributing to pitches for educational resources with partners to support new film releases.

About the role:
The MARAC Coordinator will coordinate, administer, and manage the operation of the MARAC. One of the main purposes of the role is to bring together agencies to ensure that local systems are truly keeping survivors safe, holding perpetrators to account, and preventing domestic abuse. A key principle of the post is respecting the independence of each agency and ensuring the MARAC’s key principles are survivor’s and children’s safety, offender accountability and giving a clear message that domestic abuse is s crime that will not be tolerated. The post holder will be located in Brent, and will meet MARAC partners in a variety of settings in the community. The post holder will also spend time raising awareness of the service, domestic abuse, and the MARAC in addition to training agencies on the MARAC and inducting new MARAC representatives on the MARAC.
The post holder will have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on women and children, of best practice in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and of the MARAC. The post holder will also have a good understanding of managing a project.

About the role:
This role is for an events person who can support our training and development courses. These courses are delivered either face-to-face or hybrid and are often delivered by a team of the organisation’s members. We use tools such as WebEx, MS Teams and Slido to support the delivery. There is an agreed schedule for the rest of 2024 for our public (open) training plus some bespoke, in-house training to be agreed upon with clients. There will also be additional in-house training to be secured for the remainder of 2024 and the first part of 2025.

The British Dyslexia Association (BDA) is a charity that represents the voice of people living with dyslexia. We aim to influence government and other institutions to promote a dyslexia friendly society that enables dyslexic people of all ages to reach their full potential.

GSU Advocacy and Policy Team is leading an award-winning outreach project that seeks to support students to stay and succeed at Greenwich. A team of part-time student staff call 1000’s of students each term, supporting them to navigate University life, services and GSU. This role will support the award-winning team to deliver proactive supportive calls to students.

The Upper Norwood Library Hub (UNLH) provides lifelong learning & opportunity for local communities & design inclusive spaces for learning, wellbeing & the arts that support local communities & protect & sustain libraries. UNLH sits on the cusp of 5 London Boroughs (Croydon, Lambeth, Bromley, Southwark & Lewisham). Our professional library service is delivered by Lambeth Council, co-funded by Croydon Council; working in close partnership with the library & Council teams. Our library hub operates a co-created community programme focusing on sharing & learning, health & wellbeing, venue & performance & outreach activities. We are seeking and experienced administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for the range of administrative tasks across the charity - facilities, visitor support, projects, HR & finance.
Our successful candidate will have excellent planning and organisational skills. They will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and be highly efficient as well as very flexible.
We’re seeking someone who is highly proactive and capable of working with, and across, a range of people – inside and outside of UNLT. The roles success depends on delivering competing priorities and projects to different deadlines. This means we’re looking for evidence of well-developed skills in communication (oral and written), negotiation and persuasion.

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Partnership Manager to join our team as the main point of contact for our corporate partnerships. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our relationships end-to-end with corporate organisations. Ensuring alignment with our mission and maximising the impact of their support, with a view to line managing an Assistant in the future. This role needs someone who has a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage priorities and delegate tasks to other members of the team effectively.

About Stemettes:
Stemettes encourages and inspires girls, young women and non-binary people into Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM) subjects. We run a variety of programmes, workshops, and events that are designed to make STEAM accessible and relatable to young people who are typically underrepresented in these fields.
You’d be working within a fully hybrid organisation located across the UK including freelancers and admins who ensure the smooth running of Stemettes’ interventions and outreach work.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing corporate partners by successfully engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Delivering exceptional levels of relationship management taking responsibility for leading regular calls with corporate partners, setting agendas and following up in a timely manner with key actions.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the partnership, including the delivery of events, any day to day issues, and tracking budgets.
- Ensure accurate administration and record keeping on the CRM.
Internal & External Communication
- Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates on their partnership and coordinate event logistics and planning with them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership commitments.
Problem Solving
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to address any challenges or concerns promptly.
- Implement effective solutions to maintain positive relationships.
Event Support
- All Stemette Futures employees support the delivery of all events and programmes to ensure we are directly supporting beneficiaries no matter your role. The roles include; hosting, facilitation, and event support.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Happy to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Salary and Holiday
This is a permanent position. The salary is £26,000. Future First staff receive pro rata 28 days of leave (in addition to 8 UK public holidays) increasing one day per year of service up to 33.
