Salary: £35,497.67 - £39,182.78 per annum

About the role
We’re launching two exciting new projects within our helpline team, that will focus on the wellbeing of our service users; we need a motivated and inspiring Team Leader to help bring them to life! This is a unique opportunity to shape services, support people in need, and lead a dedicated team to deliver meaningful change.

As our Advice Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful expansion of our helpline and ensuring it continues to offer high-quality advice and information. Your key responsibilities will include:
- A natural leader with strong project management skills and a passion for making a difference
- Ensuring excellence – maintaining and enhancing information, advice and casework service quality to meet the highest standards.
- Driving community impact – collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our service reaches and supports diverse communities.
- Innovating for the future – assisting in developing new service proposals to expand our reach and effectiveness.
