Marketing Officer

About the job:

We are now looking to appoint a Marketing Officer who will manage the tactical delivery of a range of strategies designed to support Department for Education funded contracts, membership engagement, participation, and growth, and to support corporate and delivery partners acting on behalf of the ETF 

Your profile:

The role will report into the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver results-led marketing strategies for DfE-funded contracts designed to meet KPIs, identify and engage audiences, and raise awareness of the offer within the sector.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of supporting the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies.
• Experience of using appropriate marketing tactics to meet project KPIs, including email marketing, advertising, social media, and direct mail.
• Experience of content creation, including development of multi-media assets.
• Experience of using a CRM for marketing purposes.
• Experience of email marketing, including building, testing, monitoring, and adapting campaign as needed to ensure effectiveness.
• Experience of brand guardianship.
• Knowledge of GDPR, particularly in relation to using data for marketing.
