About the job:

We are now looking to appoint 2x TLPD Marketing Officers who will develop marketing plans and manage the tactical delivery of a range of strategies designed to support the Department for Education funded T Level Professional Development contract

Your profile

The roles will report into the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for develop and deliver results-led marketing strategy for the T Level Professional Development (TLPD) contract, designed to meet KPIs, identify and engage audiences, and raise awareness of the offer within the sector, and creating, managing, and implementing marketing plans which meet specific TLPD objectives, including acting as a named marcomms lead for specific KPIs, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and adapting plans as needed.

• Experience of supporting the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies.
• Experience of using appropriate marketing tactics to meet project KPIs, including email marketing, advertising, social media, and direct mail.
• Experience of content creation, including development of multi-media assets.
• Experience of using a CRM for marketing purposes.
• Experience of email marketing, including building, testing, monitoring, and adapting campaign as needed to ensure effectiveness.
• Experience of brand guardianship.
