We are looking for a Community Fundraiser with a proven track record of achieving ambitious community fundraising targets. You will be an excellent communicator and an energetic self-starter. You are comfortable with working independently, but ready to utilise the support of colleagues across the Fund. You are perceptive and versatile and will have the ability to translate our story into rich content and compelling scenarios inspiring people to work with us. Above all, you naturally build rapport to quickly establish relationships and develop innovative partnerships.
You will equally be as comfortable supporting members of the RAF family who want to fundraise, as you will presenting to a room full of students, a company or potential volunteers. No one day will be the same and you will be the local face and voice of the Fund on the ground. You will quickly build your understanding of the key influencers in your community and you will ensure they understand what we do so they will want to be associated with the charity. You will be responsible for raising income through existing networks of supporters, volunteers and building new relationships within the RAF, community groups and local business.
As an experienced fundraiser, you will also be responsible to the Team Leader for promoting team as well as individual success.

The role is primarily community based in the South of England with a focus on London and the South-East. There will be a requirement to travel around a strategically chosen geographical area and occasional overnight stays, as well as working evenings and weekends at events when required. The successful candidate for this role will need to be DBS checked and prove they have the right to work in the UK.

We are recruiting a Legacy Fundraiser to grow PAPYRUS’ legacy income by creating and implementing a multi-year legacy strategy, planning and delivering activities in this area and managing residuary, specific and pecuniary cases.
What you will do:

Develop and implement a legacy strategy and operational plan for long term growth.

Research and develop new legacy activities and create a marketing plan. Project manage the day-to-day planning and delivery of activities central to the legacy marketing program, including: direct mail, email marketing, digital, social media, events, and the promotion of tribute funds and free will services.

Work closely with the Fundraising Manager and communications team to develop a compelling legacy proposition and produce a suite of legacy and in memory marketing materials that can be used to engage and inspire supporters to take the next step in their legacy giving, including sharing inspiring, compelling case studies to support legacy marketing and in memory activity, including gathering stories from legacy and in memory supporters.

Work across income generation and with other departments to identify and target legacy prospects within the existing supporter base and other potential legacy audiences across all of PAPYRUS’ networks.

Identify opportunities to cross promote legacy and in memory giving to supporters as well as any activity from across the charity that could provide appropriate cultivation and stewardship opportunities for existing and prospective Legacy and In Memory supporters.

To be successful in this role you will have:

The Role

You will be an entrepreneurial, knowledgeable fundraiser, adept at finding the right opportunities to fit the right projects. You will also be meticulous and organised in your approach to stewardship, maintaining contact with funders and working with colleagues to collate the information needed for reporting.
The fundraising strategy contains plans to further develop specific areas of fundraising such as individual giving, corporate partnerships and legacies, and you may be called upon to support the Head of Fundraising in putting plans together for the implementation of these, working alongside the Senior Administrator (Fundraising and Communications).
About You
You will have experience in a fundraising, philanthropy or relationship management role and a track record of success in securing at least five-figure donations from grant and trust funders.

You will work with the team of Regional Fundraisers with your main responsibility being to develop, implement and grow supporter-led fundraising across the East of Scotland. As Trust Fundraiser, you'll be primarily focussed on raising funds through trusts and foundations to help Chuf deliver their ambitious 2024-27 fundraising strategy. About the Role
The Events Fundraiser will support the charity’s aim to provide all life-limited children, their families, and carers, within their hospice, emotional support through the power and pleasure of nature. The post holder will be responsible for generating income through the management of a range of fundraising events, as well as supporting individuals organising their own fundraising activities within their community and/or corporate environment.
You will ensure efficient event management and administration as well as provide excellent supporter care.
The Event Fundraiser will:
- Project manage a range of events, including planning, marketing, and supporter stewardship, through to event delivery and evaluation.

Willow is recruiting a new Individual Giving Fundraiser and Prospectus is excited to lead the search. Willow work tirelessly to provide support and special days for seriously ill 16-40 year olds. This newly created role will work in a hybrid setup from home and the Hertfordshire office.
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will be responsible for cultivating and stewardship relationships with individual donors with a focus on acquiring and retaining regular givers as well as coordinating appeals, raffles, legacy and in-memory programmes. The Individual Giving Fundraiser will lead the new gift solicitation programme which involves a new support journey, offering different opportunities to scale gifts up and down. The selected candidate will have experience of working in direct marketing with good working knowledge of donor recruitment, retention and development. You will have experience of working in a fundraising environment and ideally have experience of preparing and managing annual plans and budgets. You will ideally like to keep up to date with individual giving fundraising trends and look to increase your skills and experience in this vital area of fundraising for Willow.
