We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join our Service & Business Improvement team who play a key role in delivering digital transformation across the Age UK network. This role is a maternity cover contract for 12 months. You'll lead the rollout and adoption of Salesforce CRM, managing projects from planning through to delivery. This role involves creating clear project plans, engaging stakeholders and ensuring successful implementation to drive change.

To be successful you will manage Salesforce CRM projects and workstreams, collaborate with Local Age UK partners and internal teams, develop and deliver project plans aligned with priorities and capacity. Monitor progress, manage risks, and report on outcomes and build strong relationships to ensure stakeholder engagement and project success.

About the role

We’re looking for a senior manager, brand marketing to join our team at an exciting time of growth for Breast Cancer Now.  As part of our new 2025-2030 organizational strategy, we have ambitious plans to increase awareness, understanding, trust and engagement, to support the impact we can have for people affected by breast cancer.  To achieve this, we’ve secured significant investment in our brand marketing program and this role will play a key role in making those ambitions a reality. 

The senior manager marketing, brand marketing will lead the brand marketing team and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of our brand marketing program.  This includes managing high-profile multi-channel advertising bursts and fame-driving activations, working closely with stakeholders across the charity, and with our creative and media agency partners.  This role will develop compelling briefs, oversee campaign delivery, and ensure performance is measured and optimized.

The post-holder will also take responsibility for monitoring our brand health - working with research and media agencies to set KPIs, analyse results, and identify opportunities for improvement.

About you

This is an important role for Breast Cancer Now and one which requires a passion for and proven expertise in managing a brand marketing programme, including delivering multi-channel campaigns.

The role provides a fantastic opportunity to work with stakeholders across the charity, and with external agencies to support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns.  As such, you'll possess strong communication skills and be adept at building positive working relationships with people at all levels. You’ll also be committed to delivering exceptional creative work and have knowledge of brand measurement techniques, working with research agencies and using performance data to monitor and maximise impact. 

You'll be confident line manager with solid project management skills, able to work at pace and manage multiple, competing priorities.  You'll also have experience in setting and monitoring budgets.

Endometriosis UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Fundraising Manager to join our busy fundraising team and support our continued growth. You will line manage the Fundraising Administrator and the Stewardship and Supporter Care Officer, playing a key role in leading a friendly, ambitious team and delivering exciting plans to grow vital income.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a purposeful and proactive individual to work within a small (but growing), friendly and dynamic team in a varied role.

We are expanding our team and so we are looking for a Research and Impact Manager. This hands-on role would suit an insightful, evidence driven researcher and monitoring and evaluation specialist and who is a strong partnership worker. You will need to enjoy working proactively and flexibly in a fast-paced environment, and have a logical, systematic approach, as well as excellent communication and IT skills. Our team works remotely, but there are also opportunities to co-work (depending on location). You’ll be encouraged and supported to grow and develop your research and impact evaluation skills and expertise within this role.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Warm Welcome Operations Director and wider team your primary responsibility will be to lead on research and impact evaluation to ensure that our strategic approach is driven by evidence. You would take ownership of specific tasks as required, including;

Research:

• Developing a research strategy for the Warm Welcome campaign to help to ensure we can meet our overall campaign strategy.

• Leading on the co-design of research projects to meet the needs of the Warm Welcome campaign and our partners. 

• Developing a research and insights hub for the Warm Welcome team where they can easily access the latest statistics on relevant topics such as poverty and loneliness.

• Supporting any individuals or organisations undertaking research on behalf of the Warm Welcome campaign to ensure it is of a high quality and rigorous standard.

• Ensuring high ethical standards and safeguarding are maintained in any research project related to the Warm Welcome campaign.

About the Role

As Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer, you will support the design and implementation of evidenced-based projects. We ask all candidates to submit a copy of their CV, and a supporting statement, detailing how they meet the essential criteria listed in the advert. If we receive a strong field of candidates, we may use the desirable criteria to choose our final shortlist, so please include your evidence against these where possible.
