While this role will work across all CAZK projects the majority of time will be spent on 'Healing Arts for All' (HAFA), a large-scale, three-year heritage project that will engage Pendle's diverse communities in a wide range of activities including photography, textiles, film, sculpture, sound walks etc.

You will need to have knowledge of the specific needs of different community groups we work with, (families, children, refugees and asylum seekers, vulnerable and marginalised groups, and ethnic minority groups). You will have an enthusiasm for working with groups in the community and a willingness to build relationships with these different groups, with strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, a positive approach and respect for others. You will have great enthusiasm for art and sharing your artistic skills with the community.
Principle Tasks and Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and the team, you will lead on developing and managing creative art programmes, projects, activities, and events.

Maintain and develop relationships among key partner organisations,local businesses, creatives, and host steering group meetings to develop new ideas and plans to progress and enhance the organisation, building communication and providing regular feedback.

Work with the CEO to develop annual organisational and project budgets, and manage ongoing programme budgets to ensure they are delivered as agreed within set budgets and timescales.

Research, implement and monitor programme and project plans, liaising with collaborators, partners, the community and artists.

Produce reports to ensure that relevant stakeholders are fully and consistently informed and updated about the progress of creative projects.

Determine and monitor the human and physical resources needed for the programmes/projects and ensure that they are available at the appropriate time.

Ensure effective marketing and publicity for programmes and projects.

Day to day project and personnel management, including staff and artists’ contracts, and project risk assessments.

Attend events, projects, and meetings on behalf of Community Arts by ZK, where appropriate.

Prepare and submit prompt reports, planning documents and information required by funders/clients with regards to service level agreements and any other contractual/grant funded obligations.

Ensure appropriate systems are in place for monitoring information required by funders and to ensure that all contracted staff are fully briefed as to their responsibilities in respect of monitoring information.

Maintain and update internal databases in order that data integrity is maintained and information is consistent across the data platforms.

Monitor and assess available funding opportunities, and work alongside the CEOto submit funding applications and tender submissions.

Develop new partnerships across Lancashire and Pendle to maximise existing and potential funding/tender opportunities

About the role
Smart Works are looking to appoint an exceptional Finance Manager to join our finance team at a time of significant growth for the organisation. Galop, the UK’s LGBT+ anti-abuse charity, is seeking a Survivor Engagement Manager. Galop works directly with thousands of LGBT+ people who have experienced abuse and violence every year. We are looking to recruit a Survivor Engagement Manager. This new role will lead the development of Galop’s approach to survivor engagement, ensuring that LGBT+ survivors are at the centre of all of our work. You will be experienced in managing complex projects that centre survivors and juggling competing priorities. - Co-designing and delivering a programme of activities with and for LGBT+ survivors in line with Galop’s survivor engagement strategy
- Developing and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation processes to ensure that Galop is able to assess the effectiveness of the work and demonstrate the difference it is making.
- Working with Galop’s policy, research and comms teams to ensure that Survivor voices are at the centre of our external work
- Working with Galop’s services team to ensure survivors are at the centre of the design, development and delivery of services.
You will work closely with the Director of Development to:
- Develop and implement Galop’s Survivor Engagement Strategy, ensuring that survivor voice is at the centre of Galop’s work
- Build effective external relationships, including with funders, commissioners and partner organisations.

The Role
The WorldGBC is seeking a dedicated Advocacy and Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in shaping and advancing our global advocacy efforts, influencing policy, and supporting our network of national Green Building Councils (GBCs) in their advocacy work. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing policy positions, conducting research, and engaging with key stakeholders to promote sustainable building practices and policies worldwide. The Advocacy and Engagement Manger will report to and work closely with the Global Advocacy Director.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Support for the Global Advocacy Director: Work closely with the Global Advocacy Director to develop and implement WorldGBC's global advocacy strategy. Assist in coordinating the organization’s advocacy efforts across different regions, ensuring alignment with overall objectives. Provide analytical support, prepare briefing materials, and manage specific projects as directed by the Global Advocacy Director. Act as a liaison between the Global Advocacy Director and other team members, stakeholders, and national GBCs to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
● Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on global and regional policy trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainable building. Analyze potential impacts on the green building movement and develop strategic responses.
