Major Donor Officer

Our Philanthropy department has grown by over 200% since it launched in 2024, and this newly created role puts you right at the heart of what comes next.

Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy and the Major Donor & Trusts and Foundations Manager, you’ll play a hands-on part across the full spectrum of major donor fundraising – from stewarding relationships and crafting compelling proposals to helping shape events and donor communications. You’ll be given real creative freedom to bring your ideas to life, alongside experienced fundraisers who’ll help you develop and grow. As the department grows, so too will this role.
