This role would suit a candidate who has developed community projects before; someone who has taken vision/s and built them up from scratch until they have become flourishing projects, making a real difference to people's lives in a local community.

The Role

As Diocesan Director of Ordinands, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and discerning vocations to ordained ministry within the Church of England. You will guide individuals through the national discernment process, ensuring they are supported spiritually, pastorally and practically. About You

Farm Cornwall Trustees are seeking applications for the post of Charity Manager.

About the role

The Programmes Lead will play a key role in leading and implementing the delivery of a range of programmes which at present includes Growing the Top, the SEND Developmental Peer Review and the Trust Leaders’ Network (subject to change based on organisational need). 

Established in 2011, Challenge Partners is a well-respected nationwide network of practitioners who engage in hard-edged collaboration and mutual accountability to ensure every school community can benefit from the combined wisdom of the education system. 

The Programmes Lead will build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and hold responsibility for the quality and consistency of school leaders’ experience of the programmes. They will work closely with the Programmes Manager and Partnership Coordinators to ensure excellent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Programmes Manager the Programme Lead will have the following key areas of responsibility and will be expected to undertake other responsibilities commensurate with the role as requested:

Programme Delivery and Development

• Lead on the operational delivery of programmes: Growing the Top, the SEND Developmental Peer Review and the Trust Leaders’ Network

• Manage key stakeholder relationships with programme participants and facilitators

• Manage correspondence involved in programme delivery, including responding to daily queries and setting up automated processes

• Monitor visit day/event quality and delivery, including dealing with and escalating issues to ensure positive solutions are reached

• Monitor risks and mitigate/escalate as appropriate

Data Management and Systems 

• Ensure programme data is accurately recorded on Salesforce (our CRM system) and work closely with the digital team to improve systems and processes

• Responsibility for ongoing monitoring of programme delivery feedback data to ensure quality and oversee escalation of issues if/when they arise

Event Planning and Organisation

• Lead on the planning, logistics and delivery of in-person and virtual programme events, working closely with the Programmes Manager and Executive Sponsors to agree event design

• Liaise with speakers, venues and suppliers to ensure high quality delivery of events

• Coordinate the team effectively to ensure excellent event delivery

• Work closely with the marketing team to create a social media plan to showcase programme events 

Matrix Management

At Challenge Partners, we work in a matrix structure which means that individuals collaborate across different work streams and are, at times, task managed by colleagues who are not their direct line manager

• Provide consistent and high quality task management to all Partnership Coordinators involved in the delivery of these programmes

• Collaborate effectively with other task managers, line managers and teams to support Partnership Coordinators to provide excellent delivery across all Challenge Partners activities and meet key organisational priorities

Our mission is to help children and young people have a fair chance to be who they want to be. We do this by providing a safe home, increasing life skills and self-confidence, and improving emotional wellbeing and mental health.

Eastbourne Services provides 24 hour supported accommodation for 50 young people at risk of homelessness across two sites. We adopt a trauma informed and psychologically informed approach to supporting our residents to help them build essential life skills, identify their goals and work towards aspirations so that they can move on to enjoy fully independent futures. We have a dedicated team of Support Workers, Night Workers and additional Bank Workers who provide support, guidance, and signposting around areas such as housing, budgeting, living skills, jobs and relationship building.

Each Support Worker holds a caseload of residents and meets with them weekly to build a support plan and help them achieve their goals.

We are looking for a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our Eastbourne Foyer team. Main areas of responsibilities are:
Housing

• Coach young people to manage their occupancy agreement and adhere to house rules, in preparation for independent living. 
• Promote a credit culture, encouraging young people to keep up to date with all payments for rent.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing and welfare benefits for young people and be well-informed on significant changes to housing law.
• Deal effectively with non-compliance issues, such as non-payment of rent or damage to room, using restorative practices and working collaboratively with the rest of the team.

Coaching and Engagement

• Coach young people so they can articulate their aspirations and ambitions and take the lead in acquiring the skills they need to live independent and fulfilling lives.
• Ensure young people are encouraged to take responsibility for their own personal development, to engage with the services on offer and build strong networks and connections within the local community. 
• Ensure consistent standards of safeguarding and Trauma Informed Practice when supporting young people, observing our safeguarding procedures, and keeping yourself and residents safe by respecting professional boundaries.
• Maintain client records on In-Form (client database) detailing the young person’s journey in relation to their strengths and needs, any risks, and any outcomes (to monitor service performance). 

General 

• Work as part of a team, on a rota shift pattern, ensuring young people at the service have non-judgemental, objective, and supportive staff during the day/evening, along with taking responsibility for personal safety during periods of lone working
• Contribute to a great working environment, with a calm, yet assertive manner, being able to handle potentially difficult situations.
• Participate in relevant continuing professional development and utilise Reflective Practice Supervision as part of leading psychologically informed practice. 

There will be times when lone working will be a requirement for this role, but you will get to know the team and service, along with an induction and training prior to starting on a rota.

About the role

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our small and friendly team on a part-time basis (15 hours a week) ideally working 5 half-days, Monday to Friday (3 hours each day) but the exact working pattern is negotiable. 

As our Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operations of our organisation. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across our various service areas. 

You'll be a central point of contact and support, working collaboratively to ensure the effective delivery of our services. You'll expertly manage referrals and information, develop positive relationships with referrers, colleagues, and service users, and handle vital office operations. Your organisational skills will also be key in supporting internal team functions, from HR processes to the coordination of meetings and training, and in maintaining efficient resource management.

To thrive in this role, you will bring proven experience in office administration, ideally gained within a fast-paced environment such as a small business, charity, or social enterprise. Success will require you to be highly organised, adept at managing your time and prioritising tasks effectively, all while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy, even when juggling multiple responsibilities across different service areas. 

Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online project management tools, are essential. Beyond your technical abilities, you will be someone who proactively identifies and resolves issues, contributes to improving our ways of working, and supports your colleagues. 

Your approachable and welcoming nature, coupled with excellent communication skills, will enable you to build positive relationships and effectively convey information about our diverse work to service users, referrers, and other stakeholders, all while being a collaborative and adaptable team player.

Housing Officer

Hours: 35 hours per week
Starting salary: £25,850 – 27,500 per annum

We’re looking for a capable and caring person to join Lancashire Mind’s existing Housing Team. Under the direction of the Housing Operations Lead, you will manage a caseload of tenants with enduring mental health conditions living in properties that are managed by Lancashire Mind.

Via home visits, you will work with each tenant to agree a support plan to enable them to maintain their tenancy and move towards independent living.

You will build strong working relationships with local services to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting tenants, whilst at the same time developing and maintaining good working relationships with other local services and organisations that provide support services to tenants. 

You will complete and update records of interactions with tenants on the internal database and input data accurately onto monitoring spreadsheets. 

Experience of delivering a housing/tenancy management service, including arrears management, tenancy management (help with budgeting, managing bills and claiming the correct benefits), antisocial behaviour, safeguarding, repairs and health and safety, would be beneficial, but is not essential.

To succeed in the role, you will need excellent communication skills, be IT literate, and able to establish relationships based on trust with different people.

Responsibilities

• Programme Leadership: You will own and continuously evolve the structure, content, and delivery of the Incubator programme.
• Curriculum Development: You will curate and coordinate a world-class curriculum, including workshops, expert talks, and networking events.
• Startup Support: You will work hands-on with leading startups in the food tech space, coaching and supporting them during and after the programme on strategy, fundraising, and go-to-market topics.
• Impact & Knowledge Management: You will build and manage knowledge-sharing systems, KPIs, and programme impact tracking.
• Community Building: You will expand our global mentor network and stakeholder community.
• Startup Selection: You will contribute to the selection process of startups in close collaboration with the team.
• Trend Monitoring: You will stay ahead of trends in food innovation and identify high-potential startup teams early.
• Budget Management: You will manage the programme budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Representation: You will represent the Incubator at industry events and within the broader startup ecosystem.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in Business, Economics, Innovation, Food Tech, or Biotechnology - or bring equivalent hands-on experience.
• You have 1-2+ years of experience in programme or project management, ideally within a startup incubator, accelerator, or entrepreneurship support organisation.
• You have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the food innovation landscape.
• You bring excellent organisational and communication skills and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• You have experience coaching or working with early-stage startups.
• You are passionate about sustainable food systems and supporting mission-driven founders.
• You are outgoing and confident and enjoy networking and representing the Incubator and ProVeg with professionalism.
• You are driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and food innovation and want to help startups succeed and build a more sustainable food system.
• You work proactively and think creatively to generate original and relevant ideas to continuously improve the incubation and acceleration programme.
